Chanel Exclusive "Blue Illusion" collection

Yes, sorry ladies, I got so excited about the new Illusions D'Ombres I didn't know where to put this info! I hope "exclusive" really means readily available to all who want it! I want both e/s and the Blue Aerien liner.

Hehe it's ok. It's just like what Winthrop said, the info would otherwise get buried with all the other summer stuff...and whatever other random thoughts spring to mind.

Gorgeous look! I love blue eyeshadows though I wear it less often now. I want the earrings!

stylo yeux waterproof Marine - perhaps I will finally get it, I have it on my list for a long time

nail polish Sky Line - stunning!

 

Good that I have Rose Ecrin, but my counters didn't get Superstition RC, but it shouldn't be hard to find a dupe.

Me, too -- that pic is making me want Superstition.  I need that blue liner!  I love the way it looks on her brown eyes

Love this collection! The two Illusion D'Ombres will be mine as well as the nail polish. I agree that blue is fantastic on brown eyes!

I want the new Illusions D'Ombres and the nail polish.  I am also seriously thinking about ordering Superstition.

I'm going to stay hesitant until I see some swatches, especially on someone deeper-toned. Blue's my favorite color but is my least favorite to wear on my face since it usually doesn't show up well and if it does, it can make me look like I have a black eye. Cautiously optimistic about Apparition and Blue Aerien though.

 

I'm not waiting on Sky Line np though. I swore I would never buy any Chanel nps unless the color is truly unique, and this is it. Is that a periwinkle blue / gold duochrome I see?

My counters still display the 3 blue nps from last year, in a special place where usually a new collection will be. I thought the collection was LE, or are they selling the left overs? It's been a year though! No sign of this new collection yet.

I still want both Illusions d'Ombres - I read on Cafe Makeup that it'll launch in July in the US, but she wasn't sure where. I so hope that we'll get them over here!

We too have the blue nps still in the displays so I hope we'll get the shadows eventually.

It is supposed to be an exclusive collection for Montaigne and Cambon ( and selected Chanel corners ). I don't know anything else. The Jeans polishes were also supposed to be an exclusive collection, in 2011 it was indeed, but it was launched here during spring so I don't know what to think !

Nail polish looks pretty, I'll pass on the other items if they ever come here !

I believe this collection is coming to the UK this month, certainly to Selfridges, but I don't know if it's an exclusive or not. I want the lighter blue Illusion D'Ombre. ♥
 

Are Montaigne and Cambon stores like Sephora, Dominique?

Oh actually not. There a 2 boutiques in Paris : one is historically located rue Cambon  and the other one is located Avenue Montaigne. I've never been there ( such a shame ! ), but I took a quick look, it's pure luxury. I have the info, the blue collection will be launched tomorrow Cambon and Montaigne. I am far away from Paris, what a pity ! But maybe it will be launched internationally, strangely enough such collections don't come here or if they do 6 months later. I've just seen pretty swatches but couldn't post them ( protected files maybe ? ), Hope it will reach Germany.

Exclusives perfumes are also available there, Coromandel, Beige, 22 and others. I wish I was in Paris ! The new perfume is to be officially launched on August the 19th, will it be so, I don't know. The name ( so far I know, not quite sure  ) is " Coco Noir " and will go mainstream, which is a very good news indeed !

In brief, Chanel make-up, perfumes, fashion, etc.. can be found rue Cambon, if you ever go to Paris it's a Must, visiting Coco Chanel's apartment is possible, it must be wonderful !

WOW, it seems like there are 7-8 Chanel collections released each year... is it just me or does it seem like they do more and more each year or has it always been like this? They're slowly catching up to MAC....

Still no sign of this collection up here!

Ok if anyone is interested: I called all around but nobody seems to have heard of this collection here in Toronto. I went on the website through a google search and this is what I found: They are listed but am not able to buy it!! What is going on!!! This is the CAD website btw...And NIRVANA IS LISTED!!!!!

^^ The two blue illusion d'ombres are up too! katred saw Nirvana listed on the Canadian website earlier too.
