Hi there! I'm looking at getting some new makeup brushes, eyeshadow, wedge, eyeliner, blush, foundation, concealer, lipliner, lip. As you can see I need pretty much everything. I want some really nice quality brushes, but I can afford to spend much money. Can you give me any ideas? Thanks!

e.l.f studio line brushes AMAZING 30 dollars for kit but you can get it on   sale with a coupon code all the time at retailmenot.com

sedonalace makes a kit for 60 dollars

coastal scents has a 22 piece brush set for 34 bucks I have it and only paid 17 because of a sale.

I would say wait and check the three sites I link below frequently and you should be good when it comes to sales. If you can hold out till July elf has a 60% off sale on EVERYTHNG. and I wait and buy all my elf products then. just a suggestion. Coastal scents is always having a sale so check frequently. Sedonalace ffers a 10% off coupon code if you type in RenRen just soo many ways to save money on brushes. You can also head out to target and buy some elf ones. I reconment the black handled studio brushes especally for face. Plus they are sooooo soft. Hope this helped.

Thank so much! You've been really helpful. Just out of interest though, out of the three places you mentioned, which ones would you prefer to buy? Thanks love!

I havent ordered from sedona b4 just heard nothing but good things. If I were you I would run to your local target or walmart or kmart or sears and buy a couple studio ine face brushes and a couple 1 dollar line eye brushes an wait for a coastal scents sale to get the 22 piece brush kit. Because I like both equally to be honest

Also, check out Real Techniques brushes from Ulta. These were created by one of the Pixiwoo sisters from YouTube who is a makeup artist. They sell some really nice sets for less than $20 and it's nice to walk into a store and just pick up what you want.

Also, EcoTools has a very soft, inexpensive synthetic line at CVS and the Sonia Kashuk brushes at Target (both white and black handled) are great.

Have a look at Crown brushes - cheap and excellent build.

Speaking of Crown Brushes they are going to be on Hautelook tomorrow! Great way to score great brushes at an even better price.

before I started my addiction with mac cosmetics i used to be a drugstore makeup lover, though back when I was in high school the quality of drugstore makeup wasn't as good as now. They are becoming a lot better in pigmentation, quality and durability. (not a big fan of their packaging though LOL!!) I recommend you search at your local walgreens and CVS for brands such as revlon for foundation, wet N' wild for eyeshadows there are a couple reviews on youtube! maybelline for concealers and Loreal carbon black mascara the best!! LOL!! As for blushers I haven't find many that i like though Milani has some really good ones. BRUSHES: have you seen the new renewal brushes by Rite Aid? they are amazing!! Im currently obsessed with their large powder brush. i really love them you should give them a shot. Also don't forget to bargain hunt their sales! I hope this helps these are just suggestions Im sure there is a lot of makeup at drugstores just make sure you read or watch video reviews before you buy.

Good luck!
