Well just looking at Kelly osbornes pic of her wearing cyy it looks like the same color imo. I've never had cyy before until yesterday and I assumed it was crazy bright since everyone said it was and when i put it on it was a neon pink, but not crazy bright as everyone claims it to be idk.

I think Rocker has more of a brownish undertone and Runaway Red is more of a berry undertone, if that makes sense?

Probably. My friend is nc, and I'm nw. We're both super pale, but colours look completely different on her than me. Impassioned looks really red on her, where on me it pulls more of a neon coral pink (best description I could come up with lol). 

Do you use lip liners? I like the look of the red tone against your skin, but if you're not sure, maybe use a pink liner underneath?

I didn't know there was restock. I checked around 12is 1 ish it said sold out still. They must've restocked a 100 lol. Did they restock moxie?
