I don't even know if I'll even recieve it because they never sent me any tracking info for it.  I don't expect much from there customer service. I hope my order with mb arrives safely because i'm scared to deal with them again. I feel sorry for everybody who had missing products and orders...

I did have a similar issue but with Nordstrom. My nordstrom packages do not require signature and ups updated the website and said delivered when they had not.however when I contacted nordstrom they immediately sent me another one. Next day I get my package so I called and cancelled before they shipped.

MB is ok. I really like it just wish the texture was a little softer. I don't have the first one so I don't have anything to compare it to though.

I swatched it last night and asked hubs what color he thought it was.... he said graphite. It was under LED lights though.

They sign for it there and then require a signature when you pick it up. It sucks that we have to do that but it sucks more to track down lost or stolen boxes.

 

Given the increase in parcel thefts nationwide regardless of method of delivery, I wouldn't be surprised to see merchants start to require addressee signatures for delivery in the future.
