My order was supposed to be delivered Wednesday, but it's been bumped up to today. Can't wait to see Moth Brown up close and see what all the fuss is about.

Oh and don't be afraid of lip tars. If you've got the right color and a lip brush, it's all good. I plan on getting a new, bright pink one they just released to make CYY look a bit better on me. My lips are so, so dry and so is that lipstick, so I need a little extra help.

 

DAMN IT! IT'S THE 21ST FOR 2 HOURS (well at least where I am) where is it? LOL...after lusting, and buying twentyfive eleven bright pink shades trying to dupe cyy, I finally got 2 (and with the new formula my barry m is actually brighter) here comes occ with the neon pink of all neon pinks..I can't say no! Damn neon pink lipstick is gonna be the death of my marriage! LOL

I'm waiting for it to launch, too! I don't own any lip tars, but I'm intrigued and it's a good incentive for those double Sephora points! I've been meaning to buy Illamasqua's Tweak blush too, since it's apparently a dupe for Bite of an Apple. I neeeed it in my life!

I don't own any lip tars either...YET! But I have been eyeing a couple forever and recently theres one that seems to look like heroine that I've really been wanting (hopefully they will take the silica powder over to matte it out) and this new nylon is basically God giving me a sign I should buy them both...and who am I to not listen to God? LOL!

So I bought Bait from this collection because I have the original and it's my fave lipglass.  What I received today was not Bait...it should not be called Bait.  My original is a pretty soft pink with a beautiful shimmer and it applies smoothly.  This new one isn't even the same color, it's very peach in comparison and it doesn't have that same shimmer that I loved.  It was also very hard to apply to my lips, it was thicker and very sticky and just ended up glopping up in spots.  Very disappointed, MAC...stop advertising stuff as being a repromote when it's nothing like the original.
 

I'm glad i wasnt alone stalking sephora!! i wonder how much these are going to cost on ebay? ohhh god im so tired, but stalking always pays up, i have never missed something that i really want.

I'm glad Nylon is perm, though! So even if it sells out today, it will be restocked!

I would guess that it depends on how hard its gonne be to get these. I don't think there going to be LE...I think there just at sephora online and eventually some sephoras are going to carry a couple lip tars in there actual store, this being one of them...I think thats what her site said. When I go to sephora it won't pull any of the makeup products up anymore...makeup through gifts wont pull up anything?

yeah the thing about sephora is that it takes them a long time to restock things even if they are permanent online and in stores. that damn naked palette was never available even if you call every single day. and then i have been wanting to order some bb creams from the dr.somthing? brand online and they are always sold out. i dont go to the sephora at the prudential center but know that the one in the cambridge galleria and burlington are not getting any based on T's post.

The Prudential Center usually has both Naked palettes in stock, though they are hidden in a drawer, i.e. you have to ask a SA to get them for you.

 

Is OCC jumping now on the LE bandwagon?

       hey if this liptar is brighter that CYY, do you think it could replace it as your favorite?

I think cyy has made me CRAZY! I felt all nervous trying to order that lip tar...like I did w cyy! I was even one of the 1st to order cyy, as soon as it hit I was on it (thanks to u guys!) but still I thought OMG DON'T LET ME MISS IT! I think all the crazy talk about the pink fridays scared me, I didnt know about it til it was to late but I watched so many youtube vids w people saying they couldnt get it because the site was so slow because of all the people and there stock for the night would be gone...But at least I got it. Im so glad I can come here..none of my friends get into makeup like I do.They have basics and thats it. They always want me to do there makeup and hair..I try to teach as I do it...but Ill be damned if I see them actually try any of it on themselves! LOL

I never tried OCC, I can't get it here. I'd love to try their tinted moisturizer.

Hi Everyone!  I'm new here and have been reading the posts here for a while and I had a question...Someone mentioned a while back about the MAC Mixing Medium Matte and I was wondering how this product is used?  Can you only mix it with pigments before applied or can it be applied directly on to your lips over a lipstick you have on that you want to make matte?

Which OCC lip tar is supposed to be a dupe for Heroine? I SORELY regret missing out on that one.

Belladonna, but to me it looks like Belladonna has more blue undertones and Heroine more pink.

I have a decent collection of OCC liptar and I think that Hoochie is probably the closest Dupe for Heroine

They are nice the Lip Tars, I like them and love that they are super pigmented and have great staying power, invest in these if you get the chance.

I received my haul from this collection, my CYY and Moxie lipsticks are as amazing and I thought they would be!!

 

CYY is different to my other bright pink lipsticks and Moxie is a different 'pinky - red' to Party Parrot so both not dupes of my current favs!!!

 

 The same thing happened to me... the code wouldn't work!  So I emailed them... hopefully I get a reply and a 30% off inconvenience code WOULD be MUCHO appreciated!

I had stayed up late one night sorting out their complicated website to place my order!  Took over an hour!  THEN go to checkout and THE CODE WOULDN'T WORK!  Ugh!

Well pout... I was hoping for more colors than the pink one.  Truth be told I don't even like CYY that much compared to some other pinks I have.  Love Forever is way more wearable on me and I do love that one very muchly.  

Today I am wearing Too Faced's Silver spoon on the lid and MB in the outer V and crease. Simple, easy, smokey look.

Yes, just a little bit at a time and they build well. Applying them downwards helps too. The initial work is worh it. They stain and last a long time. There really isn't anything else like it,n the market.


Yay! I cant wait to earn points buying them up. I see Nylon is 2.00 more. So the rest probaly will be too. If so, I will spend 2.00 more each at Sephora, while I earn points. I will have to think about that, lol

Did anybody notice that the Pro site was down, aka "under construction." between 5 and 6am EST today? I thought they might do a restock, but nada. (not sure if the regular site was down too).

Thanks, ladies! I might get both Hoochie and Belladonna. I'll definitely get Nylon, since CYY is my absolute fave lippie now. Wouldn't hurt to try something even more neon.

 

All those lip tars look so pretty. I kind of want all of them.
