tbh I'm not sure anyone could really pull off the lipstick alone (I'm uber pale and it gives me death lips). If I remember correctly I think its pretty similar to the lighter shade of Mac Lip Erase.

It looks nice with gloss over it though.

        oohh thanks for replying, i have a hard time finding nude lips, if its still available by nov im gonna get it, ill just give the lippie to my aunt, she likes nudes. thanks again for the swatch.

Thanks very much for the swatches. The packaging of the set looks amazing. I almost want to get it for that alone, but there's no way I could pull off that shade. It looks a bit yellowy and, like you said, death lips. Too bad, because I'm always looking for a perfect nude lip...

i just picked up satellite of love highlighter today...excited to try it out!

i hadn't really paid much attention to this collection till now, so i hadn't expected to be interested in this item...i swatched the debbie harry palette, but i think the highlighter in there seemed too ashy for my skin....

I ended up getting Satellite of Love Highlighting Blush from this collection. It is so gorgeous!!!!

I saw this at sephora the other day,I thought it was so pretty but it is a little bit glittery,well I swatched on my hand, didn't try it with a brush.

What brush do you use to apply it? Does it come glittery on you?

How do you like the highlither?

I was thinking of picking it up myself, eventhough it looks quite dark on light skin tones, I though of using it to give a warm glow to light skin.

Does anybody know whether Silver factory multiple has glitter like Undress me?

I can't swatches for it. Hopefully, it hasn't because I don't like glitter.

i like it quite a bit, though it probably shows up much more subtle on my skin tone. i'd say it does kind of give a warm glow to my skin...i like that the sparkles aren't too obvious when applied, which i find difficult with highlighters sometimes since i can be heavy handed at times! i've been wearing SOL the last few days...sometimes with legendary blush, and other days with deep throat.

I went to a Nars counter today to see the Silver factory collection and I was really really disappointed.

First of all, Self portrait palettes are the worst eye palettes I've ever seen!!!

I totally agree with Temptalia's review this time.

and the Silver factory set, the only item I liked was a Silver factory multiple, but I couldn't spend $200 only for the multiple!

The texture of the pure matte lipstick was awful. I mean it's NOT matte at all!!! It's almost like gloss lip pencils and the color is similar to Buenos Aires gloss lip pencil.

and I don't like the middle shade of the trio eyeshadow either because it's exactly like the left side of Melusine duo eyeshadow which looks dry and chalky.

and about the Beautiful Darling set, I like Femme Fatale duo eyeshadow because textures are really smooth and minty color is pretty, but mini l/g and nail polish look boring to me.

Anyway, I didn't get anything because I was really disappointed at this collection even if I'm a really big fan of Nars.

Here's the black polish on my nails. It's a must have for all black nail polish lovers (and everyone else):

 It does apply a bit glittery on me but I don't mind the fine glitter on my cheekbones. What I use to apply it is with MAC 165 Tapered Cheek and Highlight Brush.

I wonder how it compares with Madere or if it's even lighter than shades like Mac Fleshpot...

I've not seen it myself, but I'm also unsure about this lipstick, but I like everything else in that bag.. I think it is one of those concealer type lipsticks even on light skintones.. but I suppose you can use different glosses with them.. still, I have MAC myth for that, so I don't really need another one..

I really want the set but the lipstick is also holding me back. I don't think I'd ever use it after I swatched it in store. I wish it had more pink to it.

After watching the videos on Sephora's site, I want the neutral flowers palette if I like it after swatching in store. Love the Debbie Harry look they did also. I'm such a sucker for video tutorials.

I got to see the sets in store. I'm tempted by Candy Darling, but I have to admit that the shades of the shadow duo probably wouldn't look that great on me. Although I'm cool-toned, those sort of very light, cool shades tend to make my eyes look a bit tired. The gloss looks very nice on this, though. Good and opaque.

yeah I can make it work with gloss over it, and I'm a fan if nude lips so I like it like that. On its own its pretty scary looking!

Did anyone buy the mini gloss set from Sephora? It keeps tempting me.

i got the quad and i like it, i dont know why some people are complaining about having to use a base with it. dont they do that with all their shadows?? theres glitter in them but i dont see crazy fall  out. and the pigmentation is there. i wore the purple and blue for thanksging. with the blush and highlighter. 

i also got 2 polishes and they are of excellent quality. i swacthed the little set with the pink gloss and white/green shadow and i wanted them but no money to get them. 

and i think people dislike the fact that his face gets ruined after 1 use in the other shadows too but. i did swacth the shadows and they are fine. 

people miss on things due to bad reviews. im glad i went with shontay's recommendation and got some things.
