NARS Andy Warhol collection - Page 12

I have two of the polishes and plan to get the other colors later. I would've gotten TV Party or New York Dolls today if they weren't sold out on Sephora's site. I considered the lipgloss set at one point, but decided against it. I haven't tried NARS glosses yet and didn't want to take the chance on the set to find out if I like them. I'd rather just buy one lipgloss first to see.

kimibos, how do you like the highlighter? I swatched it in store and I didn't care for it. It seemed too glittery for my taste. However, I've learned that Sephora's testers for NARS blushes can be very unreliable. For comparison, Angelika and Super Orgasm are too glittery for me. How similar would you say the glitter in the highlighter is to those two blushes if you're familiar with them?

well the highlighter in the palette is  like beige and it has glitter but not like the shadows its smaller. probably like the nars blushes that you mentioned i dont have any. i do know that i hate orgasm, my mom has it, and its too glittery and shimmery for my liking.  i didnt get the single blush, which i guess is the one that you are asking about sorry.

NARS sent out an email saying that the limited edition products and sets from the Andy Warhol collection will only be available until January 31st. Are they really going to remove the collection from their website? Have they done this before with a specific deadline? I thought they normally keep things available until they sell out. I still want to get the remaining Warhol nail polishes that I haven't picked up yet.

I've had the same email too. To my knowledge, they've never done this before. All LE items remain on the website until they're sold out.

Maybe it has to do with the fact it's a collection made in collaboration with the estate of Andy Warhol, and they can't use his image/name past a certain date?

I really don't know why this is happening.

That's a very good point about the possible estate deadline. Then I wonder what happens to the merchandise at other stores - Sephora, Nordstrom, etc. I'm trying to figure out if I need to shell out $60 by the 31st.

That sounds like a good reason
