Swatches usually turn out pretty well on me...since I'm so pasty, lol.

*copies and pastes what I told my friends earlier on facebook*

as blush... they actually look quite natural... at first they're a bit shiny and moist feeling...but they dry down pretty quickly... i wouldnt say they feel sticky or oily at all... like when i touch my cheek now it just feels a bit moisturized...but not sticky or anything.

as lipcolor... they're very comfortable to wear... at first they feel like a lipbalm and are a bit shiny/slippery sorta like a cremesheen or lustre... but after 20 minutes or so they dry down into feeling more like the kissable lipcolors... very lightweight.

also, the container of these is not glass, it doesnt feel heavy or cold enough to be glass. They are really similar in size to the Sleek Pout Polish...the container is just a tiny bit smaller in diameter but they are a bit bigger in their height.

Thank you for the pretty pics. I think i'm going to end up getting one or two more after all.

After seeing swatches I am so excited for my package to arrive! I think I will go in next week to pick up Evening Stroll, the purple looks gorgeous!!

For cheeks, I ordered the 130, will it be good for application?

Also, is it time for me to invest in a lip brush to keep everything sanitary?

I tested the 130 in the shop and it worked really well with these, although i apply so much of my makeup with my fingers...

Well, even a lip brush dipped into the same pot as a face brush won't be all that sanitary - if you double dip, you'll be transferring bacteria. As someone else suggested, remove what you want to put on your lips with a small clean tool, so nothing that has touched your lips gets into the pot.

The dark e/s's in the Bloggers' collection and the red l/g's don't go with my style. I did eventually get Evolution Revolution l/g from Good Buys to round out another order for free shipping...

I had evolution revolution in my favorites list until it finally disappeared off the site.  It just didn't seem different enough to buy it.  I've been looking for a dark gray for a while and the pics I found on google sold me.  I think I would have regretted letting that one disappear from the site.  I just hope I like it on me as much as I like it on everyone else.

i told myself i was only going to purchase one of these, but i ended up ordering both evening stroll and out for fun.

i kind of wanted weekend getaway too, but i was a bit hesitant how it will look on my skintone, so i'm saving it for in-store.

somehow dear diary and venetian tarnish also jumped into my basket...well, i think it's good i picked up VT...I've been eyeing it for the last 6 months, and i would have been sad if i missed it!

i picked up a pack of plastic spatulas (though realistically i'm only going to be using one and washing it...) which i guess will come in handy for this purpose.  i was looking for a little palette or something, but i might just go back and get a pill box or something to take a little bit out into.

Hello everyone! Long time lurker here. :)

I just ordered Lazy Sunday and Weekend Getaway. I thought this collection was going to be one that I passed by, but I couldn't resist the creamy, dewy finishes. I'm contemplating going back for Evening Stroll, but I just don't know! I keep flip flopping on whether or not I like/want it.

Ohhh I agree! I saw that shade on Allura and gasped! So pretty! I wonder if a similar rose blush will come out in the Fall? It is really pretty on the lips though, too!

FYI this is how much I used for the arm swatch, lip(most of the product went) and both cheeks, plus there was some leftover on the spatula!

you didn't have to use very much at all. wow

I'm loving the look of Relaxation and Weekend Getaway! I'm hoping these will stay around for a while so I can get one later.

Your swatches are great !! And I like the color on your cheeks gal. I don't have Force of Love lipstick... I wonder how it compares to Weekend Getaway..

This stuff goes so far - it's a great bargain. Here's hoping the formula is nice and stable and doesn't go off easily if you make sure to keep your pot sanitary.

Took a quick pic of me wearing Keep it Casual on lips. Really Like the color. A little goes a long way. It's creamy and very light. Looks shiny but after a while it kind of mattes out.

Please excuse my peeling burnt skin :p

Some colours I like on the lips and not on the cheeks, and vice versa!

Allura's and Temptalia's photos of Have A Lovely Day look completely different - it's hard to know what it really looks like.  In Allura's pictures it looks very brown in the pot and in arm swatches, whereas it looks much lighter and more peachy pink in Temptalia's pictures

I just placed an order for Evening Stroll and Out for Fun. I think these, once again, are the best coulours for my lips and cheeks. The others were too light&cool or pink/red (for my cheeks).

Ok, now that I've seen some swatches, I want 5 instead of 4... nocomment.gif

And I'm so jealous of UK ladies, the collection isn't up on the French website yet (I've been hitting refresh like crazy since yesterday...)

I had most of the lip/cheek colors on hold for me, but after swatching, I was able to narrow it down to Evening Stroll.

Since its up early on the uk site has anybody seen if its in store yet?

Russianbabe1981 has her Beth Ditto and Casual Colour video up.  She shows swatches on her hand of 7 of the 8 colours (not Evening Stroll) and shows how a few of them look on her lips

I didn't even realize this collection will only be available on MAC's website. So I can't even use my giftcard I have for the site I usually buy from. So after all this going back and forth I'm skipping because of that, LOL.

It's online now, but all colours say 'coming soon', only two of the nail polishes are available.

Also nobody seems to care much about Beth Ditto, I don't think a lot of people here in Germany will buy from that collection. I can imagine this being the least popular collection of the year.

I am so happy to hear this because I love the smell of the lipsticks!!!

Thank you very much for all the pics and swatches Richelle thmbup.gif

First it smells just like the lipsticks. It is dewy on my arm but kind of a satin finish on my lips. It's not dewy on the cheeks especially if you blend it in!
