Allura posted all her swatches! I love her lightning! Everything looks beautiful! Now I wish I had ordered Lightyear and Center of the Universe too...

decided that im too lazy to wake up at 9 to walk to the subway and go all the way into the city to get my backups and back to mac for the lipsticks so im just gunna wait till next thursday till it comes out in the mall so i can drive there instead :) i have everything already just need to back up 2 MSFs and get pleasureseeker and cusp od dawn l/s but it can wait till thurs. ill just enjoy my day off tmrw wake up at 12 and go to mall and get my sephora stuff :)

I'm almost tempted to go hunting myself in the area, because I love my drunk swirls on Supernova and Off-Center!

 

The last time I did swirl hunting, the counters were either sold out or only had one Lightscapade left, so not much of a hunt rather than a "pass" or "buy". I went to a Nordstrom counter in Washington (I was actually visiting family LOL, I wasn't driving all up and down the West Coast, heheee) and the MUA was trying to convince me that one Lightscapade has a lifetime's supply in it so I wouldn't need BUs hmm.gif I was thinking...what is this "don't need" that she speaks of?!

Ohh noo :-( I'm sorry I didn't see where your location was! That's a bummer! I say if you do love NARS luster, order CotU and see what happens. That way you won't be sad about skipping and you get to be surprised and see what kind of swirl-age you get in the mail!

Yeah. I'm weak and I'm contemplating Sky and Magnetic Attraction. Damn gold and blue in sky is SO PRETTY it's hard to resist. And I could stare at those swirls in Magnetic Attraction all day. I'm going to hold off until Friday to get those two, and if they're sold out on the site, so be it. I'll go to my counter this weekend to see them in person and see if I can pre-order them and do some swirl hunting for some good ones!

You guys are so much better than me. I got my goodies today, opened up the box and crashed out on the couch.  I took a few pics, hopefully I'll have them up by Friday. I was EXHAUSTED after work today.

You are an awesome anti enabler.  can you tell me what I can dupe Aurora and Earthly with? LOL

k, another side note.  I put on water today and it was only ok on the eyes, I had to put the yellow from last years summer collex (can't think of the name, I went out, I'm tipsy LOL)  in the inner corner to liven it up. 

 

One more note...  My eyes are irritated.  Not sure what it is, it was a long hectic day at work, and like I said, I wend out and danced the night away.  It could be sweat. LOL

My lem for Sky is fading. I just experimented with Treasure Hunt p/p as a base and UD Shattered layered over it. Pretty close!

I'll have to think about that lol. I already know one of the neutral MES for this collection reminds me of Jaunty, but now I can't remember which one it was. I think it's Invincible Light.

Yes, you can! I don't have 100 lipsticks, but I have so many unopened/brand new tubes waiting for me. I'm running out of space, too. I gotta slow down. LOL I'm almost 1/2 done with my first Hibiscus. I'm very proud.  bigstar.gif greengrin.gif

I've seen some swatches where Magnetic Attraction looks like a pretty peachy pinky color but then others where it's like a burnt orangy reddy color so I didn't wanna take the chance with that one, and yeah it's the gold in Sky that is getting me...I've had an obsession with gold shimmer lately...started adding reflects gold to everything.

Guy we really need to let all this crap about T go. We all have personal opinions on her and if you like her site then great. If not that's fine too. We used to have a ban on even talking about her here but it got lifted a few years back. Perhaps we will have to bring the ban back if people can't play nice on talking about her either way. So please move on and drop it and lets keep things here friendly as usual :)

As for my HC haul, i'm growing ridiculously impatient waiting for my delivery to come on monday! (didn't know about the overnight shipping code...) i can't wait to try light year MSF, would love to see some cheek swatches of it on here!!

I'm really quite liking the look of one of the MSF's from this collection too (can't remember the name, too tired) and I'm debating getting but wonder if I'd actually use it.

I really wish my apartment didn't basically face a rain forest, as pretty as it is to look at no light comes in. Which equals crazy makeup looks!

 

Enough with that ramble. I really have to say that these MSF's are way more useful than pretty much any of the others that I have(28 in total). Maneater definitely showed the potential they have as eyeshadows! Sooo glad I bought all four. Doubt though I'll actually use any of them as highlighters!

Yeah, I should get at least one more of the MSFs instead of another blush, since they're more versatile. MSFs are my favorites anyway, and I only have 5 or 6. I'm glad these are so versatile!
