Might just be because you aren't feeling so good at the moment...sometimes if I'm sick or in a lot of pain, I just can't get excited about makeup.  I'm not sure if it's a good thing or a bad thing cause it saves money but I regret it later.  Hope you feel better soon.

But I think I'm happier with Ruffian Red! It's so hot with Brick LL.

  newhere.gifNew to Specktra, have been reading the convo on this collection.  Haven't hauled any makeup in awhile but got excited once I started reading.  Ended up getting Cut A Caper, Venus, Star Wonder, Earthshine, Stratus, and Supernova.  Also the volcanic ash exfoliator.  None of my friends are into makeup like I am so I'm glad I signed up, I need the understanding of fellow junkies. lol I'm waiting for my venus lippie to get here and then hopefully I can add my swatches.  Sorry for the long winded post. lol

tried the exfoliator tonight for first time
it wasn't harsh on my skin
And I like the smell also, face feels great afterwards
Today was hot an disgusting, that extra cleanse felt grt

There is another, smaller CCO about an hour the other way. They let me split payments & stuff like that. The first time I went there after my horrendous experience at the other one, I had hubby wait outside & so I could text him with the name of the product. I wouldn't even let him come n b/c I knew at the other place they would NOT have let him buy the stuff. These other CCO employees r high school girls & they let me pay 2 diffrent ways, etc but they don't have the selection of the other one.

Which one is the horrible one for you? I have been to Dawsonville twice & Discover Mills once. I didn't like the Discover Mills CCO at all.

This needs to be permanent. I love
Wonder if its costly to make, or they just want to keep it a special item for collections
I have used cliniques 7 day scrub since i was a teen an this could be its replacement for sure if its permanent

We've have had a lot of heavy rain (thank goodness) but with the drought last year & the rain this year it made the boards on our deck detoriate & the nails weren't holding the boards down. It got so bad I woukdn't let anyone go on it. It's finally finished & smells like a lumberyard...yummy in a weird way. It looks really pretty!
BTW hubby is snoring so loud I can't hear the tv & the whole couch is shaking.

 

rofl.gif Hubby is hardcore! Usually I kick him, he grunts, rolls over on his side, and then silence! I just about had a heart attack when the dentist told me I needed a root canal and the upper wisdom teeth pulled, but it wasn't as bad I thought either. Lots of blood though *quivers*. Haven't been to a lumberyard in a long time but I do agree it smells good, just like freshly cut grass.

youch - I just had my very first crown. No root canal, but whoa it hurt like hell for over a week. I get my permanent crown in next week, so here's hoping everything'll be right as rain afterwards.

 

CAN WE TALK ABOUT MAKEUP INSTEAD??? THIS IS MAKING MY MOUTH HURT AGAIN! heat.gif

My ex was interested in the high tech aspect of makeup, so we'd talk about that, but he honestly was pretty impatient about me wearing makeup. Meanwhile, my current bf has no interest in chit chatting about textures and colors, but when I wear it, I get much more of a "response" out of him, if ya know what I mean... th_devil.gif

I love them! I'm going to use the one on the right first. I haven't swatched it yet, still staring at it lol eyelove.gif I just hope the Marilyn beauty powder is different! I was going to wait until October for that, but I saw Temptalia's swatches of Light Year, caved and ordered them!

 

 

 

Last year I went visit my brother who lives in Baltimore, MD and I took a makeup bag with me filled with my essentials and a couple of eyeshadows. Just enough to get by in high humidity! He said I have wayyyyyyy too much makeup. Based on a small bag of stuff I brought for a week vacation lol. He don't even know the half of it! girlhaha.gif

I ordered late Thursday night into Friday morning. I'm on the west coast and it was almost midnight lol and my order shipped today. Yay!!! Thing is I got the free overnight shipping and won't receive my order until Monday. Yuck! At least I got Star Wonder before it sold out but still lol.

 

I'm now stalking Nordies website b/c I want Supernova and possibly Cut a Caper and Venus. Those who are pale, I'm about NC20, how do you like it, Supernova that is? It looks really gorgeous and was on my original list but sold out before I could get it. TIA.

 

 

Edit b/c I forgot to specify which one I wanted input on lol. Although input on all three that I still want is good too. bouquet.gif

I pretty much never go in the sun...ever. I had pretty good skin naturally before... like i never had severe acne or anything, even as a teenager... but i do get some really dry spots (like my forehead)...


the dermarolling is probably the best thing that has helped though... it sorta tricks your skin into thinking it needs to heal itself, so more collagen, more firmness, etc...

I need to check out that dermarolling thing! I turn 28 in July 26, and I look younger too for my age but I really need to start some anti age skin care. I dont go in the sun ever which is really important.
