I also ordered two more Cusp of Dawn lippies. Love it! Perfect nude for me!

Dang it, I am trying not to put in a third order, but I missed out on Earthy and now I think I need it AND Cusp of Dawn.  mac Guy you are responsible for more of my lemmings than I want to admit (but you are always right on, so I can't ignore it either)

Any pale ladies loving RoS?  I just cannot see that looking good on my pastey porcelain skin...

Lol, I find it funny and interesting how the Heavenly Creature collection has inspired so many new people to join Spektra, or for older members to make posts who haven't done so in a while. That gravitational pull is pretty powerful!

Yes!! I haven't seen this many new people for a collection in a while. MAC definitely did something right here. My wallet prays this ends!

Very nice MACtina!  I wish I could make Earthly work for me. Every time I go to the store I pick it up to swatch but always put it down because it's ashy on me.  argggh!

I was thinking about joining Specktra even before HC, i guess around the time when Trés Cheek came around, but i thought it was english speaking members only for some reason cutey.gif

Oh, while i'm at it, does anyone of you ladies happen to know if there is a good dupe out there for Venus? I'd love to keep mine but i'm starting to think i should better give it away because i could also use the money :/! I'm unsure, any help concerning dupes for Venus would be appreciated a lot <3

I used to have Moth Brown, but I didn't like it. I think it was darker, and didn't have the tiny gold sparkles!

My Debenhams order has just arrived (by a courier)! Can't take photos now as my dh and the children are home, but will do so tomorrow. Can't wait for them to go upstairs for bath, so I can have a look. ;)

In case you missed it, a couple pages back I posted a swatch and there are cheek swatches on my blog too. I'm about an NW15 right now; got my summer tan going on lol. RoS is definitely doable for me, just need a light hand!

I've just sneaked a peak and oh my, everything is so pretty! My SW has lots of purple, maybe even more than the one I bought in HoF. Everything's perfect. My MA could do with a little bit more purple, but don't think I'll get a back up just for the sake of a bit more purple.

Glad I skipped then.  I'm NC15 (guess work) and I do not have a light hand at all - can't even get Fleur Power to apply without looking like a freaking clown.  Everyone loves it - but I just look like I got smacked or something.

Shame - RoS is just freaking beautiful. I won't buy it though. I won't.

I saw swatches of fire sign and viva glam cyndi side by side which made me decide to skip fire sign. Cyndi is a bit more coral than fire sign but definitely close enough for me to dupe it with galaxy rose on top.

I called my EOTD "Lagoon Sunset".  I used the light blue and gold from sky at the lash line and in the outer corner, then used the orange and gold from my Star Wonder all over the lid.  I used the blue eyeliner from Hey Sailor.  I tried to take a picture but my camera is too old (or perhaps it's my face that is too old dance.gifbut the picture did not come out).  Anyway, just wanted to share this idea for an easy summer eotd.

LOVE all of the pics of the products and the looks, thank you!

Do you use the tip of it or are you also able to use each side separately? I haven't tried it with mes yet, but I will do so for sure! I hope it will help to get rid of some of the glitter in Shimmermint.

IMO it works best for an all-over wash and contouring (similar to the look in the promo pics for SP). It blends really well light to medium pigmented shades rather than strongly pigmented ones (which might end up patchy). What I love about the 234 is that you can use it with an MES that has a lot of glitter as it will take away some of the glitter (it sticks to the bristles), so you get more pigmentation but it does not get overly glittery. Enjoy!

My usual store had about 10 of each product, but not the swirls I wanted (I got lucky out-of-state though).

The synthetic side gets rid off (some of) the glitter, then I blend it out with the natural hair side.

The House of Fraser counter in Guildford had probably 12-15 of each product, or at least the MSFs as those were the only things I picked out. Plus there was noone else there at 12.30 pm. Couldn't believe there wasn't a huge lunchtime rush!

I remember with the previous Mineralize collection, some people were wanting to depot their shadows, but didn't know what sort of palette they could put them in (others, like me, wouldn't dare risk it).  I see there is now a Z palette designed especially for this http://www.love-makeup.co.uk/dome-palette-p-5416.html

If you had to choose between star wonder and light year, which one would be best?  I'm NC15 and cannot decide, but am also on a budget and can only purchase one!  (Which one is more unique?)

Does anybody think fire sign is worth the buy or are there better dupes?

I'd say Star Wonder. Light Year is gorgeous, but it's more of a generic highlighter. If you choose a pink/purple Star Wonder, it will make a gorgeous blush on you.

I like Fire Sign and think it's worth the purchase. I don't have anything like it, but I don't know if there are better dupes. bobbiedoll03 mentioned that it swatches close to Viva Glam Cyndi, but isn't as coral. I don't have that lipstick to compare.

I love Fire Sign, it's a pretty red easy to wear. I used my BB cream ( Clinique ) and a touch of Bella Bamba, and wore Fire Sign. It's not a deep red quite the opposite, I would say there are pink and amber pigments in it. perfect for summertime and all seasons. I have many red lipsticks ( matte, cremesheen, others and other brands ), this one is red but not a bold red at all.
