Funny story time! This arrived last night and after I opened it, I got really excited because I actually forgot that it was supposed to arrive yesterday. I showed it to my bf and we had the following convo:

 

BF - "So, is the ratio ok?"

ME - "The what?"

BF - "The ratio, you know, of all the different colors. Did they send you a perfect swirl?"

ME - ::speechless::

BF (while looking at LY) - "Oh, this is nice. There isn't TOO much of the gold you were afraid of. And you can pick all the different colors if you wanted to."

ME- "How do you even KNOW this?"

BF (exasperated) - "You dragged me around to find other perfect compact thing. Did you really think that I wasn't paying attention?"

 

Now that I've had a day to process the convo, I've decided he's a keeper, hahaha.

Check out Make Up For Ever's 18C lip liner. It's a coral-pink color. Since Cut a Caper is sheer, maybe applying Lip Erase by MAC or concealer/foundation prior to application can bring the color out more. Good luck!

Nyx has a Coral lip liner available on cherryculture.com or MAC Summerfruit is a good one too, but idk why it breaks on me a lot :-( the twist-up liners don't agree with me lol. Or MAC Lasting Sensation lip pencil is great, but more of a vibrant coral.

Don't feel bad, you're in good company.  I caved and bought Galaxy Rose CSG today.  I don't know if I bought it because it was wonderful or if I bought it because I couldn't get it off my mind as it's the only CSG I didn't get from this collection.  My rationalization:  Its a bit more pigmented than Astral so it may make a nice transition into fall gloss.  How'd I do?
