Love it! I'm actually wearing it today over Vintage Selection PP. I also combined Designer Purple Pearlglide with the look. UA and DP go well together because the e/s contains purple. Today I mixed the colours (= golden taupe-ish colour), but I can also pick up individual colours, melange of gold&purple and that dark brown.

How's us looks or swatches of Universal Appeal and Neo Nebula those of you who have it. Please!

Thank you so much for your message! The thing is my mom is not doing so well financially so I couldnt ask her that right now thats why I gave her my CotU, because she loved it but couldnt afford it right now...

I feel like I'm undergoing swirl withdrawal!

 

I played around with my lovelies today but I'm STILL!!!!!  debating SW.

 

I think I better order it before it completely disappears but then again Hey Sailor stuff is still available on the MAC site so maybe it will be around for a while??

Speaking of Moms. I just noticed that my CotU is in my mother's makeup bag... Now I guess that means I gotta get myself another one lol.

SW is also a very nice MSF.

 

Magenta - Thanks! I know SW is pretty - its just I'm finding it hard to justify another msfs when I have a bunch that are not being used right now.

 

Plus I just added a bunch of lipsticks to my b/up pile and several more collections are coming up.

 

I feel that my make up bag runneths over!!!

Just get it if you're still thinking about it. I kept thinking about Light Year until I finally ordered it. It should arrive Wednesday. Now I feel at peace. Well, almost at peace. I'm still thinking about Aurora and Water. I don't have any misgivings about skipping the blushes or Pleasureseeker, but not getting the other things bothered me.

exactly. It won't go away until you get what you want. I skipped CoU originally, and it kept bugging and nagging at the back of my mind for two weeks until I caved. So happy I did!

I decided to pass on SW and look forward to Marilyn and the Face & Body collex.

 

I have a lot of m/up that is not getting a lot of love and I want to put some of the blushers and msfs in rotation.

I decided to wear my semi precious pearl MSF today which I haven't worn since my new MSF's. Pearl by the way is my favorite MSF. Well not after today it's not . I noticed my heavenly creature MSFs are so much better, in color, texture, you name it. That sucks but I'm glad I picked up all four MSFs from this collection. I don't regret it At all.

Aw, that's sort of a happy-sad moment. When you realize that your new product is so amazingly awesome it blows away your old favorite. On the other hand you realize that your old wasn't as awesome as you thought it was.

 

I can't remember the last time I wore Pearl.  I had to make plans to wear my EDMSFs.  I guess I have to do the same for the Semi Precious MSFs as well.  In fact, I may have to try to use all of my MSFs.  Maybe use a different one each day until I use all of them.

 

I actually grab Goldstone and Pearl more than I've been using my HC MSFs. I still think the texture of the new ones is amazing, but the basic tones of the SP MSFs suit my skin tone better - the HC MSFs are more like blushes on my skin, rather than something I can easily use all over. I WILL be able to use the HC ones further into the end of fall and winter, though, since they're less glittery.

 

I think I have MSF overload. 'Will have to thin the ranks out a bit before going hog wild on lots more.

any stores still in the US have Supernova? trying to get one for a friend...

i have sadly neglected my eyeshadows from this collection. That darn PixieDancer and her enabling antics!

I am so happy I ordered my BU of LY when I did! It's sold out on the Nordstrom site.

Boo. I was late to the LY party and barely got my first one a few weeks ago. TOTALLLLLY forgot to order a BU, haha. Oh well...

Then I'm glad I ordered my first and only Light Year before they sold out. It should be here Wednesday. I also got my BU Earthshine today with my By Request eye shadow order. I had to order it online since it's sold out in stores. It's close to what I already have. I was hoping for one with lots of burgundy swirls. But I do think the one I already have is pretty.

 

I visited MAC today to return some incorrect items I received from the Styleseeker collection. I picked up Water MES while I was at it. I was going to get Aurora too. There were two left, but they didn't have enough pink. I'm still going to try to find one because now I need to complete the set.

Here are two eyelooks I've done using some of the HC products. Sorry about the quality, I'm still trying to work out how to use an SLR to take FOTDs so they get really washed out, and lose the vibrancy of how they look IRL :(

 

The middle color is Supernova.

 

 

The yellow and red color on my lid are from Magnetic Attraction!

I know I'm a dork, but when I'm feeling a bit blah I come to this thread and look at the pretty swirls. Cheers me right up.

First post on here! Just joined today. Ok, I was wondering for those who are around NC15 range, what is the difference between CofU MSF and Solar Ray MB? I have solar ray right now but if it is pretty much the same as CofU when blended on the skin, I rather get CofU...What's the difference color wise? Shimmer wise? And does one wear better and longer than the other? I havveeeee to know! Thanks!
