hi i recently had submited a job application for estee lauder. i got a phone interview and i'm so excited. they set up the talent plus for monday. i want this job soooooo bad and i am so nervous about the next interview. i was just wondering if anyone had any tips and advice for getting the job and if the talent plus goes well what will happen next? i dont have any retail experience but i have my aesthetics degree. please anyone that has experience with this i would greatly appreciate all the help i can get!
