MAC for Marilyn - Page 16

OMG! This would be amazing. I can't wait to find out when it will be released in October so I can start stalking the site. As of now, I'm still 3 lippies (maybe four, it'll depend on swatches), beauty powder, all four shadows, both blushes and maybe one gloss. I can't wait!

I never back to mac the special packaging lipstick tubes after they're used up lol I keep them to put the permanent colors

I would really hope mac wouldnt think it was ok to just throw stickers on their standard packaging and then think it was ok to charge more for a collection.

I used What a Dame! highlight powder from the DE collection. While I love the highlighter, especially with peach and coral blushes - or the oh-so-fashionable orange shades of 2012, the sticker is really annoying. It just isn't attractive anymore, although I paid the utmost attention to keep it neat. Stickers are really a no-go on cosmetics.

Thanks for your pics! We can see them by clicking on your avatar and looking at your photo gallery. Since you're new, you'll have to wait for a moderator to publish your original post. You'll see it appear in the thread once it's approved. The same thing kept happening to me until I think I got around to my 75th post or so.

I found them in your gallery as well:) Thanks so much for the pics! I really like the beauty powder and blush packaging.

I love the packaging! The beauty powder was already on my list, but this seals it. I don't need more blushes, so I'll try to content myself with the powder, a lippie or two and the champagne e/s.

Question! What's the difference between a beauty powder and a highlighter? Is there even a difference? The beauty powder is also on my list, but I'm not sure what to do with it.

oh okay! lol i was confused for a second! well i guess ill keep on going. I got all the time in the world to talk about MAC lol

The packaging is unique indeed. I like the one on the long tube but the one on the eyeshadow looks crooked :/

Beauty powders can be used for several things like MSFs. Depending on the colour and your skintone it will be a highlight, blush or maybe even a contour or bronzer. This one sounds more like a highlight.
