what email did you use to send it to? I was trying to look for a mac pro one but I was having trouble finding one on site. Maybe if they get more emails like this they will take notice. Or who knows they might already be investigating people that are doing this.

From what I have heard they are cracking down on employees buying and reselling. I know of one MA at a local counter here that was fired for doing this not too long ago. I am hoping this is a trend. Not that I hope anyone lose their job, meaning that this is a deterrent for employees and pro members who are doing this or considering it.

I mean I get it, a lot of us get back up of items. BUT that's for our personal use. Or if anyone here is like me, I buy sh*t sometimes out of pure impulse ohboy.gif. Gotta work on that. LOOOL

I sent it to consumercare-us@gcc.maccmetics.com, I wasn't sure where to send it either so I did a live chat and that's the e-mail address they gave me. and yes, that's what I was thinking too, the more e-mails they get the greater chance of them caring/acknowledging the complains (hopefully!)

That shite's ridiculous, not to mention idiotic. Why would you take a picture of your invoice and post it on eBay? Especially if you're a Pro member? It definitely reeks of greedy a-hole. *nods*

Anytime peace2.gif & for real! That person clearly wasn't thinking, breaking the rules so blatantly, even taking a separate picture zooming in on the corner that says Mac Pro *facepalm*

I have a small face and I don't think I have a lot of cheek area. The 129 and 187 seem too big to use sometimes, but the 130 seems to fit just right. Lol, Goldilocks and the three brushes. I know that was lame but it made me laugh.

Yo Goldilocks and the three brushes (lmao.gif)...If you can get your paws on the short handled version of the 130 you'll love it.  I have three of them from various holiday brush sets and the MAC Illustrated collection.  I love the short handles and find they allow even more control.  I find myself reaching for them to apply concealer and MSFs.  They're also pretty portable and good for

on-the-go touch-ups.  I use the 187 short for MAC Face & Body & tinted moisturizers.  I like to stipple.  I don't know why but I do.  I'll be picking up the Mineralize Brush set from the holiday collection because I love these brushes.

The 179 is an amazing brush...one of my favorites.  Have you tried any of the other split fibre brushes?  The 128 is pretty awesome too.  I use it for blush and/or foundation.  Great choice.  Have fun with it.

Good for you!! I cant believe it, seriously that is so unfair.

Maybe they are shipping it separately. I got a shipping notice for my samples to so I contacted Nordstroms CS and they told me the blush was shipping from the store and the samples from the warehouse. They were able to give me another tracking. Did they cancel yours?

Thank you both for the advice. I haven't opened it yet, but will do so later today and post what I saw.

I know I see a bubble at the top, Pinkdollface, but it's only on one side and not all the way around. That's how all of my unopened and opened dazzleglasses look, though.

Then definitely check the inside of the cap (the place were the brush comes out). If there is gloss on that part like Mac-Guy said, it's opened before.

Just a friendly reminder that all CP's/Sales/Swaps must be posted within the Clearance Bin area.  Posts asking for items/selling items will be removed.

Thanks for your cooperation!

No, no brown unfortunately. As a matter of fact, my problem with this lippie (and RR) is that they just end up turning pink on me. I don't know if they are even reds on me. That's why I love orange reds because they actually look like red!

DA pulls pink on me too. My lips aren't very pigmented.

i wore PB with black ore solar bits and also got a super nice taupey shade!

At some point, I'm planning to stock up on Holiday and short handled brushes at a CCO. I want them for travel so I won't have to worry about something happening to my full size brushes. There's a few more full size brushes I'd like to get first. You know, it would've been nice if a brush came out with the Marilyn collection to use with the Beauty Powder.

I have the 128 and 234, but I haven't used them yet. I didn't get them when they initially launched last year. I picked them up July of this year. I remember Mac Guy saying something useful about them, so I tracked them down and saw that Nordstrom still had them in stock (they still do!). But I can't remember what was said about them to make me get them in the first place. I think it had something to do with the Heavenly Creature collection. hmm.gif

I have the 234 - I use it for concealer. I apply with the natural side and then set with powder using the synthetic side. It's a nice size for that area.

Thanks. I wasn't sure what to do with it.

I prefer pairing LG with process magenta liner to bring out the pink in it. On my skin that is much prettier than pairing it with beet, which makes it redder. Both liners give a totally different effect. Question: whose LG smells weird? Mine smells different from all other MAC lipsticks? Not like it has gone bad per se, but just...  werd.gif?

Mine smells like vanilla, like all the other ones in the collection.

Mine clearly doesn't. Too late to return it because I know I will not get a substitute. ssad.gif

I've noticed that different formulas smell different. The mattes have the strongest vanilla smell. My LG smells like my other satins. Did it sweat at all during shipment or anything?

Just sniffed my LG (lol) and mine also smells like vanilla wondering.gif

My LG lp smells like vanilla too and has the strongest vanilla smell unlike my Scarlet Ibis lp.  Idk if that's good or bad, but I think it smells nice.

Even though I was most excited about Scarlet Ibis being re-promoted for MM, I happen to use Love Goddess a lot more and it has become one of my favorites from the collection.

I've had several lippies arrive from MAC that don't have that lovely vanilla smell, although I couldn't tell you off the top of my head which ones they were.  The Party Parrot I got even had an unpleasant 'off' smell, but they were unable to replace it as they had sold out.  Luckily I was able to purchase one from a lovely Specktra member.
