Most of them seemed (although there is no way to tell) like they would be too light for my very pigmented lips so I go for the bolder colors. There are several shades yet that looks wonderful. I will probably get the more fuchsia pink & the red ones yet. Maybe tonight or tomorrow. I will let you know, I do love how they stain.

Just used the gold over RR & it is GORGEOUS!

People, just get the gold lipstick if nothin else Its beautiful over everything

I finally got my Ruffian Red!!!  I still have to try it on but so far I am happy. Everyone has kinda moved on and I just now received it lol. Stupid standard shipping and slow UPS.

Oh, I also got my Ruffian Red ls BU today too.

I checked out a couple of stores today and they still don't have them. The same thing happened with the Lip Butters - they didn't really hit a lot of stores in this area until way later. I've only seen them at Walgreens so far! I'll have to keep an eye out for them. Rendezvous looks really pretty!

Yes they are! I have an orange cat that is 13 and she's as cranky as ever lol. Well, she's pretty affectionate, but then she'll just SNAP and scratch and bite and run away when she's had enough, lol.

Thank you! I used to be afraid of red, or anything that wasn't mauve! I'm glad MAC brought out the lipstick addict in me lol. Corals, Reds, Purples, Pinks and alllllll that's good!

I'm wearing Added Goodness fluidline. It's my favorite eyeliner! It's not too dark and it's pretty neutral. I just love the bronze look of it!

I finally received my order and Ruffian Gold is TDF!  They should've just called it a Dazzle Lipstick because that's exactly what it is, but with slightly better formula.  This should be released again during the fall and winter.  I can see this all over Allure, Vogue, Elle, etc. with some fierce gold editorial looks that contain gold leaf.

That's no fun.! I hate having to wait but I hate paying for shipping so I usually use free standard shipping  codes so by the time I get my stuff everyone has moved on.

I'm trying to become Leonardo Da Vinci with my makeup! And I agree, it's great seeing everyone's photos. It's fascinating to see how the same color can look so different on others, and it's interesting to see how different people wear the same color (with lipgloss, liners, dabbing or full on, etc.).

I would look into colors like Taupe, Half N Half, Velvet Teddy, Freckletone, or Spirit.  MAC has a lot of great nudes and great lippies in general... our permanent line tends to get overshadowed by the collections. lol

Never tried Taupe, but I love Half N Half, Velvet Teddy and Spirit.  Freckletone is a lil too peachy for me to love.  Creme in Your Coffee is my perfect MLBB.  For a flesh colored lip that leans slightly pink...

I'm NC25ish and these kind of nudish shades are part of my core office colours, particularly in the fall. I just can't get to the concealer as lipstick look; I need something a bit deeper. I wear some of these pinky browns as my version of a nude. I liked Half N Half but found Velvet Teddy not quite right for me. I have Twig and Brave (a bit pinker), Kinda Sexy (lightest shade I own) and my old faithful, Mocha.  Slightly deeper is Fast Play. There are so many gorgeous perm colours; until this year that's all I owned.

Another (now transplanted in the NW) Southern gal here.

I had been looking for a great nude lip for years. I am pretty pale (NW10 or less in the winter, NW15 in the summer). Recently a MUA tried Freckletone on me over Summer Fruit liner with Orange Tempura lipgloss. Perfection!! I 

That's really disappointing it's gone from the site, US still has it for now. Wonder what the issue was?
