IF and LA are lighter and don't have as much of a sheen. LA is also a lot more pink.

It's a tiny bit more coral. Is it significantly different from IF or LA? I don't think so. :)

I will keep it then.  I guess we cannot have too many cute corals...

compare to SC, immortal flower is a soft coral/orange. and launch away a soft coral/pink. sc is like a perfect coral, and really bright.

I really like both IF and LA. heart.gif I might have to pull LA out again for fall, now that my skin tone is getting back to its normal colour.

just one question though, i'm currently lemming worldly wealth blush, but wonder if it'll be too warm for my slightly cooler skintone. anyone nw20 have a swatch to share?

IIRC, I think Mac-Guy liked WW (or at least thought it was unique) and I believe he's NW15-20? I don't think he posted swatches but he may have discussed it earlier in the thread.

I found a MAP at my local MAC counter today! I'm looking forward to trying the MAP/OTH look Cartoon Chic posted, and the lip combo from 2browneyes. Tomorrow is the first day of fall, decisions, decisions.... winks.gif

I see Camden Chic on the Nordies website in case anyone missed it! Hopefully, it's real stock and not an inventory glitch.

i saw the marche au puces duo and ww blush today, and didn't buy them. don't ask why, because i want them both! i'm hoping they'll still be around this weekend....i guess there is a part of me that's wodering if i can't dupe chessa from the duo....i guess it's redder than saddle, but maybe a mix of saddle and folie?

Well, Eden Rouge finally sold out on MAC's site. I'm surprised it took this long actually as it's such a pretty red and even though it's dupeable it's still a mattene.

I would have bought Eden Rouge if I hadn't seen it in 3 CCO's over the past month! Haha, people already had it (via CCO or MAC) since it was released so recently.

My local cco didn't have it. They only had potent fig and seeds of desire. I missed out on the mattenes last year. I'm glad I was able to get one tho. I really like the mattene formula.

I finally got my hands on FF and I liked it.  It was like Fleshpot with the mattene finish.  Infinitely better texture.  I think it could work like erase paste too.

Yes....I cannot wait to celebrate the 1st day of Fall (my favorite season) with a new lip combo. I just might have to wear that combo tomorrow as well :)

Well, I warmed up to Worldly Wealth! 3 weeks of a bad flu and I lost a big chunk of my tan (meaning my yellow cast is way down and I'm more neutral) and now it looks much much better. Still runs a touch orange if I put too much on, but the sheen is very beautiful. If I balance it out with a touch of pink or apricot blush on the apples, it's got a great look - very smoothly metallic, but at the same time, not light reflective...interesting concept!

I wore it today with Subtle Breeze sheerly on the apples, Midnight Snack f/l winged out, and Bust Out for the lips. It was a good look for a broiling hot day (heatwave time in L.A.) and I kept getting compliments for looking pretty from random people in the grocery store and the like.

I'm going hiking tomorrow, so no fall equinox look for me, but I think that Sunday, I'll do a full Style Seeker experience, with Fashion Nomad topped with Ready to Roam, HT on the cheeks and Local Wares ......not sure what shadow I'll use, but I'm thinking Indie Spirit from MAP or maybe On the Hunt. Sort of a tough decision, because so far, I feel like Local Wares looks best on me when worn on its own without noticeable shadow - help me out with some ideas!!!

I love Local Wares with the On The Hunt duo! The red in the shadows makes the olive tones stand out. It might work really well with your green eyes.

I didn't get much from this collection. I wanted the One The Hunt duo, but it kept being sold out whenever i went to buy it. I did get Dark Diversion and Local Wares Fluidlines, which are keepers for sure. And Fun Finds Mattene and Restless Lipglass, which have both really disappointed me.

Fun Finds is "light nude pink", sez MAC. But it is soooo light - and i'm pretty pale - it looks flat and dull and almost white. It's better if i use Prep+Prime Lip first, so I have to play with it a little and see if i can work it. But since i've found a couple other nudes that work much better (such as Tropical Mist), i'll most likely take it back.

Restless is supposed to be "dark burnt bronze", sez MAC, and i've been looking for brown-y lip products for the fall. But on me, it is RED RED RED with a bit of orange-y bronze shimmer. I like the shimmer, but the red is NOT what i wanted at all. I look like a cross between Bozo the Clown and a bag lady with red lips. If i'd seen Temptalia's swatches first, i would have skipped it. I'm going to play with it a little more, but it will probably go back soon, too.

Sigh.

Ive been lemming On the Hunt so today I hunkered down to do a look with my existing MAC shadows to prove to myself that I had those colors covered. I used Hyperviolet paint pot, Sketch, Brash, Chessa and Indie Spirit and the whole look was so pretty and SO autumnal (cold and rainy in London today). And although none of the shadows I own are as red as either of the 2 in OTH I think I squashed my "need" for them since the overall look was as close to red as I ever need to go. I do however totally recommend March Aux Puces since that Chessa is really unique and gorgeous!

Also I disagree with the reviews that indie Spirit was hard to work with. For me it was a dream to work with using the 217.

I need to play more with On The Hunt; I don't love the two shades together and just need to try out a deeper shade in the corner/crease.

I paired Sumptuous Olive on the lid and under the lower lash line with Sable in the corner/crease and Local Wares slightly winged out today. Great office look; almost neutral but a little colour. I have been wearing LW probably 4 days out of 7 since I got it. I love this shade! th_e2cloud9.gif

I really want Camden Chic mattene now.. It's sold out pretty quickly online on MAC UK. Is it available anywhere else here or is there any dupes anyone??
