I was kind of thinking fingers might be the way to go but that can get messy.  I'm still looking for the right brush too.  Maybe one of the duo fiber eye brushes but I'm not sure if they are stiff enough to pick up product.

I was just thinking what would be the difference between having them shipped and picking them up from the counter as the ones at the counter were shipped there as well. So I guess even if you buy at the counter, you may have this problem.  My lone Superwatt looks fine.

Actually, I don't find it to be messy at all. If you use one finger to apply the color to the lid, you can use a 217 to blend and just wipe that finger off and apply the next color. I didn't find it messy when I was applying them. It wasn't hard to remove from my fingers or anything. That's just my experience, though.

I'm on my way back to Nordstroms. Think I'm going to exchange Dynamo and Brilliantly Lit. BL I can actually do w/o b/c I have a yellow mufe aqua cream. Dynamo is nice, but I need a bit more bang for my buck. I'm going to see if they still have Blacklit and probably Fashion Circuit.

I want that one so much but I will have to search for it when I come back off holiday! I only saw swatches of these a couple of days ago - no clue how I missed them!

I do want to see T's swatch of Brilliantly Lit - that's the only shadow that I've been interested in since the dawn of the color story!!

I don't think Forever Pink was released in the US.  That's the tricky thing about these colors.  Some were only released in certain countries and some have different names for the same shade depending on where you live.  (For example in Belgium there is a shade called Purple Obsession but in the States the same color is called Perpetual Purple. And Belgium's Permanent Kaki is US's Golden sage.)  It can get a little confusing.  If anyone sees Forever Pink in the States please let me know too!  It's supposed to look very close to Sin from the UD Naked Palette, and I'd love to pick one up!!  Good Luck tacking it down duckrodeo!  If you can find Pink Sapphire it was part of the US Summer collection and is a really pretty light pink as well.  If I could get a look at Forever Pink in person, I'm wondering if PS is the US dupe for FP??

Temptalia is wearing a couple of these shadows in her reviews of the Illustrated lip bags

Ahhh Pink Sapphire is what I'm looking for! I couldn't remember the name so I tried to google it and Forever Pink is the name that popped up, but now that I remember I am certain it was called Pink Sapphire .

I saw a display at Ulta, then a few displays at other places and the pink color was sold out at all of them! This was a couple of weeks ago, and last night I noticed the displays are showing 5 new fall shades. So I'm sad I missed out on the light pink shade ssad.gif

Thanks nayadine! I did come across that on ebay and I'm contemplating buying it!

I got Blacklit. Fashion Circuit was sold out, but she said they'd be getting more in soon. I think I'll forget about that one, though. It's not necessary.

I played around with these some more. I like them best on the lid. I don't really like them in the crease at all. Blending, for me, leads to less color and more glitter left behind. Not cute. So, I'll use three babies on the lid and another shadow in the crease.

Oh good you found it.  I was just about to post that Forever Pink is Pink Sapphire.  They are the same color. Forever Pink was the name used in other countries but in the U.S. it was renamed Pink Sapphire.  Someone posted a spreadsheet on another site with the names used in various countries and the corresponding U.S. names.  I bookmarked the site.  It is fairly useful even though it doesn't have the Cannes colors on it yet.  I don't know who created it though.

I thought FP might be PS!!  Thanks for confirming that!  I have PS, it was part of the Summer Collection, and I haven't seen it available for awhile...  They have the new Fall colors out now in most places.

Can you share the site with the names?  I had started compiling a list of my own, but a complete one would be very helpful!  Thanks!

I like these new shadows. I picked up Infra Violet and will go back for more later. The texture is like nothing I have ever seen before. They feel weightless on the lid. If anyone has the new Maybelline Bouncy Blushes, this is the closest thing I can think of to compare the texture to (but the shadows are 1000x better).

I am not sure what the issues were with T's delivery. These things practically remold themselves back into shape in a few hours.

Does anyone know if these will go up on MAC's Pro site soon? You've all talked me into trying them, but only if I can get my discount. I saw the black one on T's website...and I'm saving for Marilyn ;-).

Infallibles are my new fav! I got Golden Sage and the awesome teal one. I'm thinking of maybe grabbing a few more of these instead. The prices are better for me atm. Do you think the taupe one is a good dupe for Superwatt? I think I still want fashion circuit and infra-violet. Is there a possible dupe for the pink one? I'm trying to cut my list as much a possible.

I don't have any of the EC shadows yet, and now I'm on the fence about them until I hear more about how other shipments have arrived... T's photo got me super nervous!

So, I won't know dupes as far as color goes until I order these from MAC Pro when they go up on the site.

BUT... Here's one of the new colors for Loreal, Glistening Garnet...  http://www.musingsofamuse.com/2012/06/loreal-infallible-eye-shadow-new-colors-new-shades.html

It looks like it could be similar to InfraViolet...  we shall see my dear, we shall see!

Here's Superwatt compared to some other neutrals in my stash.

Earthly MES, UD Snakebite, UD Suspect, Superwatt, Morning Frost pp (daylight)

700

Earthly MES, UD Snakebite, UD Suspect, Superwatt, Morning Frost pp (flash)

700

I also stuck a pin in it and was somewhat disappointed to find that the pots ARE super shallow (thought maybe T's was some kind of press release mini). It'll probably still take me forever to finish one because you don't need to pack it on, but I think I'll skip Pure Flash after all.

Thanks nayadine! I did come across that on ebay and I'm contemplating buying it!

After perusing ENDLESS drugstores (3 CVS's, 2 Walgreens, 1 Rite Aid, 1 Kroger Store, and 2 Drug Marts) I FINALLY found an intact and perfectly un-farted with Pink Sapphire!!  I did find one other 3 stores into my search, but the top was loose and when I peaked inside someone obviously had put their finger in it!  NO WAY YUCK!!  I really didn't plan on it becoming such a project, but I saw the Fall display still out at several drugstores but most were cleaned out.  But seeing the display kept giving me hope that it might exist, and I got so determined to find one after I found the one that had been tampered with... I turned into a MAD WOMAN!!  AND, I made the girl give it to me for the sale price of another store even though it wasn't marked on sale at theirs!  I told her to call the other location and SURE ENOUGH... SALE!!  $3.99!!!  SO, the bottom line after all that ranting is... I found you this damn PS duckrodeo!  YAY!  PM me!!

It looks pretty darn close to MF!  Is it worth having both in your opinion?

Thanks for these swatches!

Oh wow SW does look close to Morning Frost! I have a BU of MF so I'm glad to see this, I can justly skip SW!

Thanks for these swatches!

They are pretty close, but I'm keeping SW because I have a looooooot of cool-toned shadows and have been trying to introduce warmer tones into my stash so I don't struggle pairing eyes and cheeks every other day, LOL! Their base tone is soooo close but SW has a gold-toned sheen where MF is more silvery.

So I would say: if you have MF and you aren't looking to fill a specific gap in your collection like I am then it's probably not worth getting SW.

@sherm how deep the pin go in? I know these r super pigmented but do u think it's the depth of a regular eyeshadow?

I haven't hit pan on any of my regular MAC e/s yet but judging by photos of depots I would say yeah, you're probably spot-on with that guess!

LOL, I love how before today, I didn't even know what pink sapphire looked like and all of a sudden, I went searching for it. Oh well. I don't even wear pink eyeshadows!I AM RIDICULOUS. And possibly need help. I'm that little kid that wants everything she can't have!!!

I did play with some of the EC shadows today and I was surprised by how shallow the pans seemed. By the time I got to the counter, it looked like some of the testers were showing pan. But after moving the shadows around with a brush, they remolded back into place.

I tested them using the brush on display (252). I tested Highly Charged, Superwatt, Pure Flash, Love Power and Dynamo. Surprisingly enough, Dynamo was by far my favorite. I expected to walk away with SW, but after I walked outside, I was surprised to see how shimmery it looked. I may go back for it, but sherm's swatches make me believe like I can pass. I may swatch some of the other shades, but I think I want Dynamo. It's such a pretty color and I have NOTHING in my collection like it. I'm mostly a neutral eye girl and I think it'll make a nice transition into brighter colors for me. Love Power was nice but I think I'm going to order NN from HC instead.

I went to my local CCO today and they had 2 shades. Highly Charged and Switch to Blue. Wondered why they were at the CCO already!! Seems a bit weird. She said they may have way too much stock of them. I ended up picking both up because the colors were too gorgeous to just leave behind. I swatched all of the shades at Nordstrom last week. I have 2 more on my list...

It is the same depth of the regular eyeshadows. My finger got stuck to it when swatching, and the pan lifted up a bit.

Wow. I wonder if those were the ones that were suppose to show up at my Nordstrom, since they didn't get the collection, lol

My Nordstrom had the collection. I played with them last week while shopping the Anniversary sale. They weren't on display, but they were there.
