office hours - Page 16

I've just bought Rosy Outlook blush from this collection so far.

At first when I saw it I thought it would be similar to Lovecloud but I'm so glad it isn't :D

On the cheeks it looks unbelievably natural and really shows well on the cheeks.

I haven't tested it for wear yet, I'm a bit annoyed that I had to pay for the same weight as the normal mac blushes :(

 

 

 

This is the nearest to the actual colour I could get.

Yesterday I've tried the eyeshadows but they looked quite sheer..
I've received for free Whole lotta love (it was a blogger's event.. I'll post swome pictures and swatches on my blog in few days) but the one I really liked is Stay By me!!!
Between the glosses Persisten peach is really lovely, it just settles a bit into lip lines!

Getting annoyed at the lack of swatches for this collection.  I don't know why Temptalia is taking so long this time.  I'm still undecided on everything and I wanna be able to get the limited edition stuff in case it sells out.

This is how I feel  to. And what I did order has been pending since wednesday night.

MAC has been pretty screwed up with their orders lately.  I ordered a couple things on Monday with the free overnight shipping code...I just got the package today.  I was quite annoyed, even with normal shipping I always get my packages faster than that.

 

I can relate. I am soooo NOT on Team Delayed Gratification !!!

 

I actually got home Weds late afternoon from my long driving trip. And Thurs i was in my local MAC hoping they had Office Hours in their back room to test... no such luck.

Just received my black box I wish I could play with everything at work.

They look like the are very dull and not pigmented. Also Muaveless isn't there, which was one I was most interested in.

i have decided to skip this collection right now. no prolongwear blush palette for me.  i rather spend the $160 in the Marilyn and  holiday collections!!

I swatched the blushes today but did not get anything because the #1 one on my preliminary list, Rosy Outlook, sold out while I went to eat. But no worries, I will get it later on.

 

I think RO and Stand by Me looked spring-y, kind of Tres Cheek like. I also liked Eternal Sun, it was peachy on me. I might skip the rest. I prefer Hidden Treasure over Stubborn for me, and the rest are kind of meh, but I will swatch everything again once my Mac puts the blushes out (they are there but...

 

We have not yet received the e/s in the whole country. We too are waiting for them!

 

The glosses were also out, but they did not seem really interesting. Unless they have changed the formula?

Allura beauty has her blush swathes up...so disappointed :/

I am kind of bummed too.  I think More Amour, Endless Passion and perhaps Uninterrupted.  Nothing else is really appealing.  EI looks similar enough to Creamy Bisque, not sure I need both.  None of the blushes seem all that unique.  Money saved for MM

What did you order mine doesn't come till Wednesday, ugh I was so disappointed I couldn't get stubborn and mauveless but I'll just get those at the store the day they're out, I ordered stay pretty and whole lotta love blush, more amour, endless passion and bloom on shadows.

I got 2 blushes without seeing proper swatches because no one has any. I sure hope they are as disappointing as those swatches are.

I was really disappointed in Ever Ivory, crappy color payoff. NY pro store never received Uninterrupted and Mauveless shadows. As a whole the shadows were very soft, Endless Passion and Fashion Fix are a bit less soft.

As a NC 15 skin tone, I love the blushes, very soft.

lol I am the same way. I got Rosy Outlook, Stay Pretty, Blush all Day, Whole lotta love and Every ivory. I wanted Stubborn and Mauveless but I'll just get those from my local store. I'll try and get some swatches up tonight.

Would Baby Don't Go be good for contouring?

I thought the same thing! I bought it, haven't tried it yet though.

mauveless is still "coming soon" really ??!!??   

How is the color payoff for Endless Passion?  I'm very interested in it, but still unsure if I should get it or not.

I am not loving these up close swatches. I need to see skin for reference.
