Bright/Caribbean makeup to wear with this dress?

I'm going to a Caribbean-themed party next week and I'm wearing this dress:

I can't decide whether to do bright eyes or bright lips, or whether to go all-out and do both! Any recommendations? I own a lot of MAC and Urban Decay, if it helps. Also, for reference I'm NW15 with red hair and green eyes.

I would do maybe a smokey eye with a bright color in theinner corner,maybe turquoise or yellow
