Thank you, nudibelle! I love the name Yung Rapunxel and loving the color description also. amplified w/semi-matte finish? Is this a new finish or have we had it before & I just didn't realize it?

I like this lipstick although to make it work for me I must be really in my pale days (winter) because I'm too yellow to wear such a purple on the lips :/ I like it because it seems there is a bit of gray in it so it's not completely cool!

I was just going to say, I think this might be the grey/purple lippie I have been looking for. Kind of reminds me of the Epic lipstick that katred showed us awhiles ago. It was a purpley-grey lipstick, but was out years ago before I knew about MAC. Fingers crossed it's similar. We won't know until katred comes on here and let's us know whether or not it's similar.

What doesn't make sense to me is that it has a Canadian price if it's US only...

If anyone is planning on only buying one online or is going into a store and is willing to do a CP, please let me know. I'd love one of these! Warm toned or not, I know I could wear this shade. :)

 Not exactly, it will also be available at all NYC M·A·C stores September 6, 2012 through September 20, 2012. 

At least if it's sold out online you could call a store.

 I still want MAC to make Harvest a regular lipstick shade. It's such a beautiful dark mauvey color.

Yes. It slightly darkens my lips and gives a wonderful mauvey hue. It's absolutely stunning!

The swatch looks very cool-toned - at least on my screen. :-)

Yeah, it does.  BOO!! LOL!  I will have to see it swatched from others first.  Sadly, will have to depend on online photos only.

Hard to have a deep purple that doesn't pull cool. Nothing a dark wine liner couldn't fix if required. I love this colour.

I can wear Tribalist and love it.  Also the Mattene Night Violet.  Cyber isn't too bad.  But anything that looks like the Fig mattene from last year or that Faultlessly F/W from a couple of years ago look blah on me.  LOL!  Even the purple from last years Couture collection.  Maybe those are considered more grape.  After years of searching, I finally got my hands on the MAC lipstick DEEP IN LOVE (not to be confused with the brown Deep Love) which this Yung Rapunxel might look like as well.  I was disappointed.  Way too cool on me.  Makes me look dead.  I need some warmth! Here's hoping this looks more like Tribalist.

Tribalist is beautiful - I wish I hadn't missed that one. The closest thing to a purple I have now is Clinique's A Different Grape and that needs to be layered to get opaque coverage. I have a bunch of them from GWPs.
