Not that I am trying to bad-mouth your friends, October.  It just generally reminded me of some women out there like that. 

I am glad to hear this is very similiar to the lipstick from GP that I missed out on... I have ordered this and I cant wait to pair it up with Nightmoth liner.

 FINALLLLLLLLLY!!!!! Again, This one has been in Dallas since Friday, not sure why there are delays and that they are changing the delivery dates 2 or 3 times a shipment.

It is no bueno. I had a girl in Dallas tell me she thought her whole life that El Paso was in Mexico. Maybe that is the problem, lol.

Received YR on Friday and I LOVE it! I have yet to take it for a real test drive, though. So far, I've just been wearing it around the house. There's nothing sexier than a girl with no makeup other than vampy lipstick, lounging around in tank tops and basketball shorts. Hahaha.

My fav is sweat pants and CYY on me. The UPS guy must think I have issues because he is the only one that sees me like that!

Mine was processed on 9/5 too but will be delivered today. It's out on the truck now.

Any idea how long MAC usually will keep something on backorder? I'm glad it's not cancelled and I haven't been charged for YR b/c of the bo but still it's annoying as I want my lippie lol. The rest of my order arrives today with Spice ls (yes I finally caved and ordered it lol), Heart Hangover (purple seems right now that it's coming into fall) and Worldly Wealth. At least I'll have some new goodies to play with.

No, I ordered at 10 something mountain time so it was after midnight eastern time. It was still in stock. I ordered 2 on the first and 2 on the second for my vampy loving friends, so I still wasn't over the limit.

Has anyone compared YR to MUFE's Rouge Artist Intense #49?

I got mine! I love it! It is the darkest lippy I have ever owned!!!  It is a bit patchy and did not want to go on the center of my bottom lip at all but it made for a great ombre look. I look forward to fall so I can wear it more!

I do not have Velvet but are they similar? I remember being so scared of it when it was still avaliable.

I went into MAC to swatch Nightmoth today and I just don't like it. It didn't seem that much better a match than Burgandy and I already have that. If I don't like Burgandy with YR, I think I'd almost rather get a smokey purple eyeliner to wear with it.

NYX has a liner Deep Purple that I bet would rock with this lippy.  Anyone having patchiness issues, I finally tried P&P lip and it works great on those Satin lippies that don't go on as satiny smooth as I'd like.  Mocha and Watch Me Sizzle are too that have patchy issues on my lips (a Satin and a Matte) and they both went on super smooth with P&P lip.  And, they still left that stain I really like.  I don't know how I functioned before without Prep & Prime for the lips.  It may even help me revive Cyber and Hollywood Nights...

Really? Good to know. I've been wearing Mocha for more than 15 years and I've never had a problem with application. I have yet to apply Cyber well even once. I absolutely cannot get it to work. I've tried wearing balm under it, applying it after a night of balm, applying a layer of liner underneath, using it with a more creamy layer, applying in layers and blotting...nothing seems to work. I'm officially at 'to hell with it' point. ;)

I'll have to look at NYX liners next time I'm in the US, thanks. :)

It looks great on you. I didn't know you were on Specktra. I 'liked' your Sweet & Punchy vid about 2 weeks ago. LOL!

I've heard a lot of complaints about YR (not so much on here, but other sites) but I actually really like mine. I don't mind the slick texture and slightly sheer consistency, I think it's a really pretty color and am definitely looking forward to getting a couple different lip liners to try it with :)

Well, I checked the site and YR is now showing as sold out. Are all of the people who ordered it b/c it was coming back in stock gonna get sad emails? Mine is still showing as backordered. I ordered around midnight Friday PDT. I'd like to know honestly. If I get it that would be cool but if not then I'd like to know so I can use that money for another lippie lol.

I think the people who ordered while it said "coming soon" and were still able to add it to their carts should still receive theirs. Hopefully anyway.
