I ended up getting:
Ronnie Red
Mall Madness
Flatter Me
& the brush set (my mom went halves on it with me as an early Valentine's Day present, she's the best! She ended up getting Veronica's Blush p/m for herself)
I tried on both pearlmattes and they're so lovely
I agree with those who said they're the stand out products of this collection, I really adore them and wish I would've had enough to also get myself Veronica's p/m but maybe I'll end up picking it up later if it's still in stock. Flatter Me is a really nice, natural blush for me though and I'm super impressed, it's definitely flattering! (I know, that was lame). Cream Soda was lovely but I ended up passing on it because I went halves on the brush set instead, I couldn't resist the cute little hearts. Plus I've been needing some MAC brushes, and I think they're a nice start, even if they're not the same quality as the full sized brushes I still like them (there were a few hairs splayed out but only a couple, and I tried them out and they worked really nicely). Mall Madness was a total impulse buy after seeing Temptalia's swatches and while I have a couple lipglosses in the same color family (I was actually somewhat planning on getting Strawberry Malt to switch things up a bit) this one still stands out among the rest and I tried it on my lips and it looks really nice even alone, I really like the microshimmer in it, it's subtle but definitely still there, I think it's really pretty & just the right amount of shimmer. Overall this collection may not have been super unique (I wasn't too impressed with the lipsticks, I'm still surprised that I only got 1, and the blushes were really pretty but seemed like colors we've seen before) but I really liked it, maybe it was the adorable packaging that won me over but I could have spent a ton on this one, I had a really hard time narrowing down my list and had a hard time even figuring out what I was going to get (my list changed a million times, and it was never the list above, so planning didn't really help at all actually) it was a lot of fun though! It's been a good one, Archie's Girls
Now on to those April collections! (and another Marilyn collection?!
)

This collection really killed me! My Mac store isn't having it's event until next week, but they said they would hold everything I wanted until next week because I'm in there all the time. I still purchased a bunch online though!!
So far I got:
Ronnie Red;
Daddy's Little Girl;
Betty Bright;
Girl Next Door;
Prom Princess;
Veronica's Blush; and
The Brush Set
And I have on hold
Cream Soda;
Flatter Me;
Spoiled Rich;
Ronnie Red (BU); and
Betty Bright (BU)
Then I decided that I think I want the Caramel Sundae quad after seeing that video tutorial that someone posted the link to... It's my birthday at the end of the month so my Sister told me to put it on her credit card and she would give it to me on my b-day. Seriously, this collection was pretty ridiculous for me! I cannot but anything else until the Fashion Sets!!!
GREAT HAULS pocketmouse & MsMiranda. Have to totally agree that it was hard narrowing down the list, multiple list revisions, etc., etc. In the end hope you're completely satisfied and happy with your purchases. ENJOY!!!!!

I noticed how well my Archie's Girls purchases (RR, BB, Cream Soda, Prom Princess, Kiss & Don't Tell, Strawberry Malt) go with my Venomous Villains purchases (Wicked Ways, Devilishly Stylish, Darkly My Dear, Innocence Beware, Bite of Apple, Sinister, Briar Rose, Strange Potion, Oh So Fair). I would imagine the Evil Queen and Maleficient shadows, lipglasses and lipsticks would look great with the Veronica collection! I love combining collections to make new combinations!

lol ya you are def not the only one! I still want Caramel Sundae Quad. >.<
What all have you picked up from this collection? Last year, before I knew Specktra I went a lot off T's reviews solely and become apathetic towards MAC collections. This one is SO awesome, I love the colors!
My Nordies is coming Monday... (probably Tuesday)! Did you order on thr 4th also?
Okay so I NEED to be finished with this collection.
I picked up Flatter Me PM
Oh,oh,oh l/s
Ronnie Red (the 1 out of 3 left!) L/s
Prom Princess Blush
Mall Madness l/g
Strawberry Malt l/g
And im waiting for Nordies!!
DLG
BB
And Boyfriend Stealer
Grrr Nordies, your slow slowww shipping.
And Caramel Sundae Palette is next. WILL it be in stock till next week/ two weeks??
the pink color is incredibly frosted. Like I have yet to see it in my eyes as pink.
This is why I passed on Caramel Sundae but I have been sooo tempted. I loved how it looked on others and I love neutrals. I already have Dreammaker and I didn't think the pink would show up as pink on my eyes either. Pinks like that rarely do - they just look white on me. I swatched the brown shade on my hand and it just disappeared. I guess it just matched my skin too perfectly.

Ahhh I haven't been around much to post - I don't know if I'll ever catch up on this whole thread!
I did pick up my goodies yesterday at last:
Ronnie Red
Boyfriend Stealer
Betty Bright
Mall Madness (looks awesome dabbed on top of Ronnie Red)
Veronica quad
Cheers My Dear pigment
and Veronica's Blush pearlmatte x 2 (it's as good as Elude, if a little pinker!)
I wound up skipping the pastel green pigment - it's getting closer to what I am looking for but still not quite green enough when applied. I want the brilliant green of a peacock feather when it catches the light.
I hope everyone is happy with their new toys! I know I wound up buying more than expected, due to the next level pearlmattes and the dense color of the eye shadow quad!
I skipped the green pigment too. It reminded me a lot of Spirtualize which I have already and a few other pale greens from the pigment stacks. Plus, I just about fell in love with the Laura Mercier mint Caviar Stick which I plan to purchase in a few days.

MAC should be re-sending the items I ordered. No word on where my original order went, as no one called in saying there was an error and they got more products than they ordered (can't say I blame them lol).
Anyway, MAC had to refund me for one out of the two Ronnie Red I ordered because they only had one left to reship (???). Since this order was mainly a CP, I still needed a Ronnie Red for myself and thankfully I was able to finally track one down (Extremely thankful, too!!!). Once everything comes in and it's all good, it'll be a huge relief. Collection launches are stressful enough as it is! lol
So far, of the items I have received, I've tried Daddy's Little Girl and Girl Next Door. I love DLG! It is a way better version of OF for me, it's so bright and springy! Girl Next Door is a nice quick wash of color for me, but I'm glad I didn't get a BU. There are plenty of perm MAC shades that would do the same thing for my pigmented lips.

Liba, are you planning to use Veronica's Blush as a face powder? I'm curious as I don't have Elude.
I got Veronica's Blush, too. I'm loving its silky smooth texture.
If I buy one more product from this collection, it would be the pastel green pigment.

So happy that you were able to track down Ronnie Red! I have yet to open my items from both online and from the unveiling. I just ordered Lucky in Love pigment this morning and waiting on Girl Next Door l/s to come from my pre-order. Now I am thinking about getting Spoiled Rich Quad again. For some reason, I told myself I will not get it since it can be dupeable and Cheers My Dear pigment is now calling me but I have Kitschmas and Milk pigments that I haven't used in so long.

i had gave my fm a break because I felt my skin tone was kinda more colored during that time and i can see it looked like a light cast on my face so i only used it to highilght but i brought it out to use while i wait for my nars powder and idk if it's because it's winter and my face got lighter but i used it all over and i can see the softened look and i like it.
oops edit nevermind, i keep thinking fm the marilyn one... i didnt get the archie fm...lol but thats the story of my marilyn fm haha

No. I think you might be referring to one of the other shades in the palette thats a muted burgundy. The pink is very light---soft---pretty.

I ended up with a lot more than I expected from this collection...I was looking at my old 'maybe' list (there was no definites list), and it was just the spoiled rich quad and prom princess blush. In the end, I got those two, as well as cream soda, flatter me, ronnie red and daddy's little girl. Love em all.
Last night I had my makeup done at my local store, and the mua did a beautiful take on the main veronica look (adapted to my eye shape). She used frozen violet as the base, which I'm not keen on buying (too many open paint pots!), and focused the purple on the outside corner and crease. I asked her not to do the red lip becasue I somehow usually end up with red lips at these makeup sessions, so she paired it up with Oh, oh, oh. Very pretty...but going by other members' comments how it is similar to glamour daze I decided to skip it. I was so happy with the results - hope I can duplicate it at home!
Sounds amazing aradhana! I had purchased Frozen Violet PLW (addicted to them & allowed myself ONLY one) PP w/my AG haul and tried it today w/Black Poodle pigment. I really like both.

What I meant was, legs look nice/flawless with sheer silk stockings on than just bare skin. Makes it harder to see veins, flaws etc....softly sheer elegant looking.

You look gorgeous Mac4Megan

Ugh, so here I am stalking the website for a possible restock to grab my precious Ronnie Red and it's such a hassle that I went ahead and phoned in an order to a MAC store in far-flung state that still has a bunch of them in their inventory. I got free shipping too. I can relax I'm happy!
Glad you did that bluelitzer. It's a much better option then Evilbay. Wish more people would consider it when local supplies are exhausted. ![]()
So you in effect worked, before work! Be safe!!!
