Okay, as long as it definitely has a reddish hue to it, it'll make me happy.  I really loved Smoked Ruby e/s from the Semi-Precious collection, so if it looks anything like that, I think Raven and I will get along just fine.    Thanks for the response!!

How sweet would a black eyeliner (like UD perversion) with red flecks be?!? Not really holiday...

That's what I was picturing for Raven!  Just really fine red flecks that catch the light and have that WOW effect, you know?  Holiday or not, it would certainly make me merry...

If Raven was a Pearlglide, I'd be ALL....OVER....THAT.

But it's not.  *pout*

Since I will skip the entire Marilyn collection (I was just excited for the bp, but it turn out to be a disapointement), I will go crazy on this one *__* my wishlist for now:

lipstick
Innocence (maybe)
Outrageously Fun <<< for sure!

fluidline
Catch My Eye
Little Black Bow
Feminine Edge (I know..a pink fluidline, I won't use as often as the others, but it is soooo cute *__*)

skinfinish
Whisper of Gilt (I should have bought the first time)

powder blush
I’m the One
Easy Manner

MAC Holiday 2012 Classic Brush Set (pink)

I am thinking about including one of the pigments set, but I'll wait for some swatches..

iagree.gif  This would not even be a decision for me if it was Pearlglide.

U-turn with Shaun Penn and a small bit part by Billy Bob Thornton that is HI-larious.  Then, number 2. on the list is probably Heathers, then number 3. would be War of the Roses with Danny Devito, Micheal Douglas and Kathleen Turner.  I guess I am a sicko, but I love dark comedy.  I love the Lost Boys too, and yeah it was refreshing to get the dark humor in there with the vampires.  Death by Stereo!  Best.line.ever...

I have never seen Jawbreaker, but if it is in the same vein, I will take a look for it.  Okay, okay, I know, totally OFF TOPIC, so back to our regularly scheduled programming here:  Guess since all the MM lippies sold out, I may consider getting some lippies from GD.  The purples are back on the list, since they have decent (not lustre) pigmentation I believe, of course we have to wait for swatches.  The pink fluidline would be great under Young Venus or Neo Nebula eyeshadows I bet.  I sort of wish the fluidlines had been more shimmery rather than glittery like the S3/C3 ones, but I guess it would'nt scream "Holiday" if it didn't have that bling.
This is always the fly in my proverbial ointment with these bags.  They always throw in a permanent item, usually one I already have, and make me do that cost benefit analysis in which I say, yeah the price is a good deal for all these products, but yeah, you sort of mathematically want to subtract the price of the perm item because its a dupe then it ends up not being such a good deal?  Maybe I should look into professional help for my OCD?  Okay, pseudoprofessional help for my pseudo-OCD...?

I love War of the Roses too! Death by stereo, hehe love it! Only Keither can make a Mullet sexy lol. Def watch Jawbreaker, the ending is actually good though. It's about these girls that play a prank on thier friend and end up killing her. It has a cameo from Marilyn Manson.
Yes GD...I forgot about Neo Nebula! Damn, It's on my list again. Since MM was such a pain I'll just get more from this yes.gif

I am wearing Dark Dare for the first time today (over my e/l and in the crease).  Very easy to blend.

raven comes out a blackened, plummy red on me....it's not as brown as teddy, but as far as i'm concerned they're cousins....

Got invited to an event for this on 10/16. Actually looking forward to going.

My wishlist (as of now):

Lipsticks-

Glamourdaze - Midtone Creamy plum (Cremesheen)
Outrageously Fun - Midtone Magenta Violet (Cremesheen) [I don't have anything bright like this... well, why not dive in now?]

Blush-
Easy Manner - Light Dirty Peach

ED Eyeshadow-
Tall Dark and Handsome - Black with Pearl [I'm with the people who haven't worn black. My only black is in the Naked 2 palette and I'm too intimidated to use it. Again, why not dive in now? I'm also kinda suckered by the name. Too cute.]
A Natural Flirt - Soft Peachy Nude
Stolen Moment - Dark Taupe [I'll have to see swatches. If it's anything near what I envision, it'll be mine.]

Fluidlines- [my obsession]
Catch My Eye - cool taupe gray with dazzle pearl
Little Black Bow - charcoal with dazzle pearl
Feminine edge - pink mauve with dazzle pearl

And I'll let myself try one of the Kohl Powers, seeing which color I like best and is most original.

I also hope the pricing isn't too out of whack because of the packaging. If it's any higher than the MM collection, I'll be trimming down my wishlist. (Which I hope I'll be doing anyway...)

Sparkly black shadow is easier to deal with anyhow - sheering out matte black sometimes doesn't look quite right, like it starts pulling blue instead of just looking like sheer black.

btw, talking about sparkles, My MA and I were talking about how much we love the Face & Body pressed pigments and he was saying the rumor is they're coming back next spring/summer. Here's hoping in more colors!

Does anyone know if it's possible to depot the edes?

Saw this post from another member (crayolaforeyes) in the ED thread. Her edes was accidentally 'depotted' in transit.

here are some more close-up pics - the back of the shadow itself has nothing on it - it just has the indentations of the plastic meshing  that is underneath in the actual pot itself where the shadow would sit on and some writing which is too faint for me to really read - the pot has plastic mesh with a plastic disc in the center - a very unusual attachment system!

I think these are more delicate than mes. I'd be scared to depot them and I've depotted all my mes. I didn't even try to depot my edes because of these pics.
