I use lip balm under my Mac lipsticks.  jack black.  They do suck out the moisture on mine but if I put lip balm on every time I reapply they look better.

Definitely will be swatching the lipsticks and edes in store so maybe (hopefully) my actual haul will be even smaller.

It does have a hint of lilac. The picture I took doesn't show it though.

For some reason anytime i go to maccosmetics.com on my phone it takes me to the canadian website and im from the US. There is also no longer an option on the mobile site to switch to full site.
Am i the only one this happened to??????
When glamourdaze releases i wont be able to order from anywhere on my phone because idk how to put it back to the us site

Happens to me too on my iphone. I have to use the google chrome app to get to the US site.

Yes Beauty leans lilacy, it's a very pale pink with lilac undertones. I tried it today ( people stared because here very pale lipsticks are unsual ), I put " Rouge " on my cheeks, just a little touch of Rouge and Beauty as a lipstick. It was nice ! It's a pretty shade even if it's really pale. When I removed it, clearly it was pink/lilac. Maybe my lips are too pigmented for that kind of colour, it will be perfect if you have a medium lip pigmentation.

Glamour Daze reminds me of Offshoot but it's more red, very beautiful.

I got concerned reading about the iPhone issues so I checked mine.  I was able to get on the US site w/o the google chrome app.  Not sure why but I'm glad I checked.  I learn so much from you awesome ladies!

Dramatic Encounter L\S - Very vampy dark. It does look like Yung Rapunxel on my lips, however YR has a purple undertone and DE has a red undertone when I look verrry closely. The application of DE is better but still not a need if you have YR.

Outrageously Fun L\S - A pink Up The Amp just like CartoonChic said. In hindsight, It's not a need but I guess i'm happy to have it. I definitely do not need another pink lippy for another year.

Flight Of Fancy L\G - Just like all the swatches. Love it.

Small Vanity Blush - I wanted to love it but for some reason didn't. It's not that dark\deep as some of the watches depict. It's more of a pinky\peach. It's just seems like a sheen on me so it can be a color that's buildable.

WOG & Superb EDSF - Experienced skippers remorse so I am happy to finally own them.

 

I ended up hauling some PRO blushes since I skipped out on SV. Swatched the other 3 lipsticks but they all seemed too pale for my complexion although I feel I should've gave glamourdaze a second look over. I didn't catch the name but there is a champagne EDES, it was soooo buttery and seemed like the perfect color for an eyebrow highlight. I would've purchased but my wallet was already hating me.

Try Outrageously Fun with Flight Of Fancy over it. It makes a beautiful combo.

I pre-ordered via Nordstrom today and the MUA said things look totally different in person.  Things that appeared too light via camera swatches and even in their product books were not.  

Just saying.  

I checked all my lipsticks yesterday and I don't own a glaze. I guess Beauty will be my first.

I have Narcissus, Plum Fun, Desire and Vacant, a pretty decent range in the purple family.  I'm tying to control myself a bit here.  Do you think I need Flight of Fancy too?  Narcissus is gorgeous and a real favorite. I'm not sure about how it stacks up against Flight of Fancy....H-E-L-P

I wish I had Narcissus to compare. But I think Narcissus is lighter in color and lacks the glitter of Flight of Fancy. Plus I love the CSG formula. I would say Flight of Fancy is probably closer in color to Richly Revered CSG, but with sparkle and the tacky texture of a Lipglass. I don't have any of the other glosses you mentioned either, so I'm no help here.

Does anybody knows when it will be up in Nordstrom???

They are indeed similar, but SM looks a tad brighter. I don't have PD but I do have Hepcat, which I believe is also a touch brighter than PD. I wonder how SM would compare to Hepcat. I need to trim down my list!

because I can't place orders in MAC website "International Credit Card" so I always use Nordie, but I wont get my Salary before 26th.. XD So I htink it will be perfect with Nordie release =D

i wish i had picked up narcissus.

i've learned my lesson this year (with makeup as well as other things) -- if you think you might like it, buy it - don't wait too long.  because later, it might not be there!!!

Flight of Fancy looks nothing like Narcissus imo. I relate Narcissus to being kind of a lavender with a hint of pink in it. That's why I love it as much as I do, because it's so gorgeous on its own. Flight of Fancy is much darker, maybe a hint of plum, and it has a reddish tone to it. Then FoF has sparkle/sheen in it, whereas Narcissus does not.
