Love Feline!!! idk how most people despise it but...i love it!!!

 

I still have Raven, Black Karat, and Mystery from a long time ago...i think it was one im missing though...maybe its called Jealous? love Kohl Pencils.

I don't have a problem with it either. I rather like it. I use it in my waterline all the time without a problem.

yup Jealous is one...Sense of Style is one too but i dont think that one was too popular...i barely use it.

I have Perversion but I have really only used it for tightlining. I will try it on my lashline next.


On the one hand I think it could go to the CCOs because all of the holiday collections seem to end up there. However, this collection is so cutesy and girly that I would imagine, it would sell really well. People who are not even into makeup may see these while walking around the department store and think this would be really cute for .... whoever. But then again it does seem to be such a large collection. I would think the brush sets would not sell out so fast because they come out every year and how many do you need. But these are really cute and the bag actually seems useful with the pocket. I picked up the last mini brush set for my mom when she said she wanted a 286 but she wanted the short handles. She commented to me that it was dumb that the case was white because it would get dirty and that it would have been nice if they had a pocket so she could put her new 4 pan in it. So this new brush set would have been much better for her.

Allura posted the pics...no color story yet but the date she listed is 11/6.

Maybe i'll try that depotting for my MES. I'm not too fond of the older ones I have, so they can be guinea pigs. muhahahhaaa!

 

still debating what i want from this collection, but I know i want a brush set for the bag...and the leopard.

Is it me or has MAC not put out a single new paint pot this year? I think Glitter and Ice was the last time.

 

I am SO excited to see more EDES and EDSF. New colors would have been nice, but I need BU's of WOG and Superb. I use them all the time and only have one each. The shadows I'm so excited for. I missed out on YV and that new fuschia looking one is so pretty.

 

If those lipsticks are indeed cremesheens, I'll be a little disappointed. Not my fave finish.

 

I can't believe it's already been a year since I found Specktra, just about. I remember G&I being the first collection I waited for with you lovelies.

this doesn't excite me because they look best in the palettes. the edges of the palettes being like a frame to the swirl which i think is artwork in a way.

 what would really impress me is if someone depotted them, chopped them up  finely with a razor blade and made them into pigments. then the color would be more evenly distributed.  maybe I need to chop up blue flame...

 

 

 

So are you seriously telling me that Feline does not run (at least immediately) on either of you?  How bizarre!  lol i LOVE it but if I wear it out I have to check my eyes often so the "racoon" wont appear.

I had tears in my eyes the first time I saw it because I was laughing so hard. It still cracks me up every time I see it. It's a scene from an anime called Durarara!!.

Everytime I open that thread, I get super excited. I can't waaaaait!!

I've been a lurker on specktra for like a while now and i've finally decided to post something yay me.Is kind of weird but i feel like i know you all already.

 

But now that i'm done being a total creep.... I'm really excited for this collection!! Its like the most beautiful thing i've seen in a while.

 

I haven't had a problem with running. It's pretty much the only liner I've been using for my waterline. No raccoon issues and I don't set it with a shadow.

you want to hear something even more bizarre? when i first bought feline, it smeared all over the place on me. nowadays, it doesn't smear at all. my application hasn't changed either, except I use prep & prime vibrancy eye underneath my eyes now. i put it in my waterlines and everything. i guess my body chemistry has changed over the years......

Liesierre is right, it's easier to depot mineralize stuff than the regular ones.

This is the most excited I've been for a MAC collection in so many months. The pigmentation looks promising, too... which is a plus considering MAC's flop products lately.

Slightly OT, but have any of you tried the Cover Girl Liquiline Blast pencil in black?  If so, how would you compare it's blackness and waterline wear to Feline and/or UD's Perversion?
