I don't have ordering drama, and heretofore, my system of pre-ordering via my local MAC store & Nordstrom worked flawlessly. Well, today I nearly had a heart attack. Per usual, I preordered via my favorite SA at Nordies a week ago. She suggested that either I would call her today, October 25 (no mistake here, I wrote it down...documentation matters) or she would call me. At 10:30 sharp (thought I'd give her 30 minutes to get settled at the start of her workday) alarms on both my iPhone & iPad said, it's time to make the call. When I called I was told she WAS OFF TODAY!! My sank. I mentioned my pre-order from a week ago and the SA said, "no problem I'll check the back for your order". When she came back to the phone she had found NO ORDER. After magically resuscitating myself, I heard the words..."Not to worry, let's review your list." So while on the phone, gasping for air and diaphoresing profusely, this 'Angel of MAC' via Nordstrom pulled the items that I wanted. A portion of my pre-order involved items not yet launched, so she is confirming those...no problem. I am still recovering...

BUT GOOD Stuff here...this is awesome folks. I waited for the 'Angel of MAC' via Nordstrom to call me back about the not yet launched items, but when the phone rang it was my original favorite SA. She had been scheduled to work today when we spoke last week, but in the interim her schedule was changed. She came in today to complete my order but neither the 'Angel of MAC' via Nordstrom nor I was aware of her intentions. That's dedication. You have to love Nordies and I certainly love my original SA and the 'Angel of MAC' via Nordstrom. My goods are on the way!
