Feel better soon liba!
Hope you feel better! Surgery is scary (I had 2 open heart surgeries) with very little assurance that life was going to be okay. One of the procedures I wasn't even aware of lol. If it makes you feel better, gallbladder removals are usually very successful and you just have to reduce the amount of fat in your diet (due to lack of bile storage), but your body will still produce the bile. It just won't be enough to digest a huge amount of fat from the diet in a single meal. We can all benefit from a lower fat diet anyway! :) Hopefully you won't need it though. >_< So many people these days are getting their gall bladder or appendix removed. *curse you inflammation*

Sorry Specktra family. I'm going to be on and off the boards due to my work schedule. I need my fix of you guys and makeup talk though, so I am going to try my darndest not to be gone for too long and check in as much as I can whether or not I can comment.
Now, I just need more info on upcoming collections. I get depressed when I don't see anything new on the boards.

Ooh, Marina would be a great pick! It would definitely help bring attention to her music.
I dried my brushes yesterday with the bristles hanging over the edge of the counter. It worked pretty good. Do you lay your brushes on a towel to dry? Is it really a big deal to have them dry upside down?
My brushes are the same as when I bought them so..
I notice over the weekend that I am as pale as a ghost. I don't have a bronzer and don't tan so I have been searching the web for some ideas.
Does anyone have an opinion on Minseralize Skinfinish Natural in Give Me Sun? Or any other MAC bronzer?
I can not wear shimmer, but this doesn't look shimmery. For reference my foundation shades are NW20, C1 and N4.
I really appreciate any help you can give. TIA

Thanks Michelemu21.
Doesn't have to be MAC, I just normally use MAC. I am planning a trip to Sephora this week so I'll check out the Chocolate soleil.

Hey Lyse,
I have MAC MSFN Give Me Sun and I am a NC25. I think it can run a little too orange for a bronzer, for my personal taste.

Sundipped is amazing!and it's going to be repromoted in May.i'm an NC 20 and it looks very natural on my skin.i also love Benefit's Hoola but it's a bit darker than Sundipped,i usually use that one in the summer.

I saw this on twitter today, not sure if it is anything or to do with Paris Fashion Week

I normally embrace my paleness but I just seem so pale this year. My daughter came home from college on the weekend and asked if I was unwell.
Thanks for the advice everyone. I think I will skip GMS (the last thing I want is to look orange) and maybe try and wait for Sundipped.

I heartily recommend sundipped, but while you are waiting, maybe there is a store near you to check out this one? It works for me, even when I am at my UBER palest...

Thank you, that is beautiful.
I was able to score one in a swap so I didn't pay retail but it is worthwhile to go and check in a department store or Sephora to see how it looks in real life. I have to confess I hoarde mine, so I won't run out, but it is more $$$ than an MSF but probably lasts longer because it isn't as soft/powdery.
We've (some of us) talked about this before. I think it be a great idea along with Jem! Thinking back into my childhood some of these ideas will be childish but the colors would be great.....Rainbow Bright and Strawberry Shortcake would be interesting.
Sorry! I didn't realise it had been discussed before, I watched avengers again last night and was thinking how cool it would be to have a collection on the characters! :)
We like brainstroming ideas together. The idea of a Marvel collection has come up a few times by different people so maybe they will actually do it. Everybody seems to be on the same page with this.
