This will be an expensive haul. One set, one BU. Several BU's of 3N. Sheer Mystery Powder.

Gosh, November is always an expensive MAC month. :)

Any guesses on prices? Last year, the couture l/s were $22, so I guess they will be at least $23 or $23.50 + tax?

I'll almost certainly get the brush set; that's one thing I'm still actively collecting. Do the couture ones have different handles? That will bug me a smidge, but I want the brushes so I'll deal. (Edit: Just saw the handles - don't like them. Hm...decisions, decisions).

I've heard so much about 3N but I think it's too light for me. Most nudes are lighter than my own lips and give me a too pale or concealer lip look that I hate. Maybe this one will be better since it's a lustre; I'll have to swatch it.

I may be wrong, but if it's some sort of leatherette wrapped around the handle then I worry that it will start to show wear, peel or come unwrapped after a bit. I wouldn't mind a coloured handle, I think I'd just prefer it to be more durable. I doubt these will sell out too quickly because of the price point, so hopefully I'll be able to see them in person and see if I like them better up close.

Well the MW brush was $80 or so, so 2 for $100 isnt bad, especially for the 136. I hope they will last but I doubt I would use them daily.

The 136 was LE and hasn't been out in a while. The 282 is new. It was out in 2 brush sets as a mini.

It's about time that the 282 comes out as a full-size. The 136 is just an o.k. brush to me. When I bought it first, it was very scratchy. My BU has softer bristles though. It works well with loose powder for an all-over dusting.

I got the 136 about half a year ago from the clearance bin and I really like it. It's very soft! I use it with bronzer and now also with the Marilyn beauty powder:)

It is completely my favorite powder brush. I have soooo many of it but I use it daily.

For me it's too soft and flimsy to apply setting powder, but I love it for other powders that I want to use on larger parts of the face.

I would be all over those brushes if they were purple, but i am not so sure about that color. If it is more pink i might get them, If they are more peach, I'll pass.

3N yahoo.gifbut i wished it was any of the other by request lippies candidates and not runway red. eden rocks or shitaki would have fit the collection pretty well imo.

Yay for 3N! I wanted that to win in BR. Eden Rocks would have been awesome, it's such a pretty color!

Oh no... I hate the packaging!! I was obssessed with GP collection because I loved the packaging so much

It reminds me of nutrimetics, and from the looks of that too, glamour daze sets packaging is going to come back again

I agree...I am a bit surprised to see RR again!

I am not even sure if I really like a red lipstick for this packaging/collection.But this might just be me...

3N fits perfect for the packaging IMO.Eden Rocks would definitely have fit too!

Yes!!!!!!

I like the fluffy powder puff, but I don't like the bows - same with the Glamourdaze collection. The bows strike me as tacky, and make things more awkward to store.

Is that an atomiser I see on the left of the picture?
