I'm getting at least 2 of each lipstick, except for the black one. Missed out on Pink Pigeon and Party Parrot, and I don't think I can pull off the black the new mattes are my favourite formula and I can't wait for December! Thanks for the info!

I think i want it all, but of course I dont need it all.  DO my lips know the difference btwn Party Parrot and IMpassioned?  Probably not.  

I agree this is a good dupe, but I like the MAC matte (new and improve formula) slightly better

The mauve/grey Inner Strength one sounds similar to Interior Life, not that it will stop me from hoarding.

This means Team Insomnia gets no sleep or bribes to the SA to hold...and more like Iris A all over again.

Mine do.  I love Party Parrot and it makes such a great stain.  But don't listen to me, I am shamelessly enabling.

 

Which colour would be similar to Nars Schiap?

Nars Schiap is a very good dupe for Pink Pigeon.

Is it weird that I'm excited to see the red? I've already given my temporary list to the lovely Purplerinne. So far I want all the lipsticks, both quads and both blushes. I might add BU's of the lippies, but I'm not sure. Pink Pigeon and Party Parrot will both be a second BU already. I have Heroine + BU, so if Strong Woman is very close I probably won't need a BU of that either. I won't wear the black often enough to justify a BU and I've already gotten a ton of red lipsticks including BU's, so I should already say no to one Absolute Power but I'm afraid I can't...

i want all the lipsticks, and both quads..but i can probably only afford one quad..and might have to pass on the blushes if they are dupable..
but lipsticks are my thing, my addiction :D
i dont need another red so i'll probably pass on that one haha i hope strong woman is like heroine cause i can't find that damn lipstick anywhere ;(

Just got off the phone with my friend from pro cuz i wanted to know if the items were gonna be cheaper than Glamourdaze. and they are!!! She said it's $15 for the lipsticks, $20 for blushes, and $40 for the quads....

 

I was about to shout "AWESOME" until I realised those were American prices. For a second, I thought they'd given a price decrease- like that would ever happen...

Personally, I would rather have Pink Pigeon. When I tried Schiap, it was really drying, much more than MAC mattes.

I think I might end up only getting Strong Woman l/s from this collection.  I have so many bright pinks already, I don't think I can justify getting PiPi.  I passed on it with IA, and I might just pass on it again.  (Of course, I told myself I wasn't going to get OF from GD either because I already had so many bright pinks, but then became convinced that it was an original color unlike anything I have...not many of my pinks lean purple!)  So hopefully this will be a one item haul for me (can I call it a haul if it's only one item? lol) and I can reserve more money for TT and AC.

 

Interesting, I've passed on Schiap before, because I prefer Funny Face among Nars mattes. Now I'm wondering if I'm not just buying into the hype and thinking about getting PP just because it has such a following. It would be cheaper than Schiap, which is nice since it's not a colour I'd wear all the time. I'll see how many B2M things I have by then. That might make the purchasing a little easier

Pink Pigeon is definitely one of the "good" new MAC mattes - it's very long lasting, non-trasferable, feels very light on the lips like silk and not drying.

 

Personally I like Quick Sizzle and Candy Yum Yum better, since QS is more rich and 'adult' than PP and CYY is more extreme. If CYY is just a little too whitish and/or neon, PP is the way to go.

I am just glad other ladies get to experience the awesomeness but I don't think I will get BU of either.  I really do enjoy both of them and they work great as stains!

 

Since I already have Schiap I think I'll skip PP. I wish I knew this 1 month ago when I bought Schiap, MAC is cheaper. lol

 

I only own 2 Nars lipsticks, because I hate the packaging of Nars products. They get all sticky and I just want to throw them away. But they had a good gift with purchase so I decided to try them. I bought Schiap because it was very popular, but now that you are talking about Funny Face I think I prefer that one. lol

I wish Mac Australia was priced like that! $36 for our normal packaged lippies, $42 for blush and $78 for Quads
