I need a backup...like yesterday.

My order came in today and I just finished trying everything on.  Alpine Bronze looked very nice on me. My kind of color but I figured as much.  Amber Glow made a nice highlight with it.  After trying this combo I decided to try Amber Glow on its on.  While I swiped it a few times on my cheeks.  It did show up.  It looked very nice.  I usually do a light application of blush so it didn't seem out of the ordinary to me.  But I know many others would like something stronger.  I will probably wear it both on its own and as a highlight.  Cozy Up looked nice as well.  I'm not a big nude person so I don't know if I will wear it all the time but I did like it.  I did put on a bit of lip liner with it and liked it but it also looked nice with a dab of one of the mineralize balms.

Then I tried a bit of Warm Companion layered over it (Cozy Up).  I liked this combo as well.  Then I tried Warm Companion on its own.  I liked it better with the lip liner but it looked okay.  It reminded me a lot of Gilty Kiss from one of the Holiday Collections a while back but I think Gilty Kiss was a bit more sheer and was a different formula.  I haven't done a side by side comparison yet.  I also added a little bit of the mineralize balm and like that combo as well.  I like Warm Companion on its own but I will probably wear it layered with Cozy Up more.

I also got Rich Experience eye liner and like it as well.  I haven't bought a plain dark brown pencil liner in a while.  Usually I would only wear brown liners but then I got into the shimmery liners and mostly only wore Teddy.  Lately, I've been getting into bolder looks (for me) and wearing lots of black liner.  So this pencil is a nice change of pace for me.  It is a very nice rich, dark brown liner.  It glides on easy and doesn't tug.

I like it too, on this swatch anyway. In some of the other swatches it looked brown.

Finally got my haul!  Except SB, which should be here next week. Love love LOVE Stereo Rose!!!  I was beyond bummed when I missed it with In the Groove, I almost cried, lol. So now that it's finally mine it's everything I hoped it would be. It's gorgeous, applied lightly with a 187 it gives a beautiful glow. I don't see any orange and it doesn't look too warm.

Amber Glow didn't seem to have a lot of shimmer when I swatched it on my hand, but on my cheek it's definitely visible. It's nice, but not a must-have for me. I don't think I'll wear it at daytime because of the shimmer.

Haute Attitude I just swatched so far, but the color looks just lovely. I know I will wear it a lot. Should have BU that one.

The 287 looks really nice, glad I got it. I think I'll try it for applying concealer.

Ice MES is a bit meh... Not sure how I feel about it yet. Very shimmery.

Isn't SR gorgeous? I never saw the older versions so I have nothing to compare to, but I love it. I liked it so much that I got Redhead as well - it's on its way thanks to the always kind Yasmin. :)

It's a beauty, I even love how it looks in the pan. I felt like a kid on christmas opening the box and taking it out.  It was my most sought after MAC item, In the Groove was the collection that really started my MAC addiction and SR was that one thing I wasn't able to get my hands on, so it's kind of big deal to me. 

I love Redhead too, hope you will like it as well.

Can someone of you guys, who owns the msf stereo from a previous collection, tell me how much product it contains? the new version has 9gr in it. I think the "old" ones contain more product :-S
 

Am I the only one that is completely obsessed with Silver Birch??  Maybe I love it so much because of the 4 MES I ordered (I didn't get Ice...feel like I have several close dupes for that one) it was the one that I was the least excited about.  Such a pleasant surprise!  I think it's my favorite of the whole group, though my Frost at MIdnight is almost all purple (woohoo!!) and while the payoff isn't that great it's still really pretty.  My Fireside is really full of burgundy too, so even though I ordered online I don't think I could have picked better veining in the store!

I got both Hot Choclate l/s and Alpine Bronze MB yesterday! I'm now waiting for my pre-order of Apres Chic l/s as well as Strong Woman and Absolute Power lipsticks to come!

And I'm now waiting for the Amber Glow and Winter Pursuit and already I can not wait 

 and still waiting for In Extreme Lash Mascara Diemnsion

I got Silver Birch e/s, Apres Chic ls and Haute Altitude ls. While I like them all I'm not over the moon about any one of them. 

Silver Birch looks a lot like Cloudy Afternoon on me, Apres Chic pulls a bit too orange, and Haute Altitude is a bit too light. But they're all wearable on me and I can make them work.

I paired hot chocolate with nyx plum liner and it still pulled a mauvey brown.  It's something I wouldn't have picked out, but I'm really getting used to it. 

I think I need another BU of Hot Chocolate. It's so lovely! Hopefully my Mac has some in stock tomorrow

I think I'm going to have to back up the balms for Summer.  I can't wait to see the Mineralize Lipsticks.   When do those come out?  Probably May for Summer?

This is the only lipstick I've ever felt the need to BU.  It pulls brown on me, but I love that.  Good luck on the hunt.

and  BeautyScrapbook.  I only have the newly released Stereo Rose and I LOVE IT.  I'm sure someone here will be able to provide an answer.

Can anyone kill my lemmings for Après Chic?

I skipped Après Chic at a store after comparing it with Viva Glam Cyndi. I preferred Cyndi over Après Chic. But I have started thinking if I need it. Crazy, right? LOL

I only got Haute Altitude so far. I can't wait to wear it! I didn't need to buy Stereo Rose and Porcelain Pink as I got them from the previous release. I think I should wear them more often especially Porcelain Pink. I have to wait for summer to wear Stereo Rose.

Speaking of Haute Altitude, until last night, I thought the name was Haute Attitude. I had no doubt. What’s wrong with me?
