foundation primer

Can you recommend a good foundation primer? I have rosacea, and I'm supposed to wear foundation daily to help protect my face from the windy conditions here. However, I find that my foundation never lasts through the day and would like to find a good primer.

Mine skin is similar, except I'd say my cheeks are more normal. (Forgot to note I don't suffer from rosacea, either.)

Anyhoo. Laura Mercier has some good primers (I have the oil-free one). Not sure how well they'd work with sensitive skin, though.

I don't have rosecea, but I do have sensitive skin and Laura Mercier's primers don't aggravate me either. I use the hydrating because my skin is REALLY dry.
