I have Rose Petale JC and Evasion RCS -- I think they are both perm.  Did we ever figure out what that gorgeous powder is?

Hi my dear Michelle!

Yes, the kids were here for 4 days! They totally wore us out. The dog decided that she didn't feel like sleeping much after seeing a stray cat napping on our back patio We ate too much & they made us shop at the malls on Black Friday

I'm sure you had a lovely Thanksgiving with your sweet family in your new home

Oh, I'll have to take a picture of my table this year. I did the plaid Christmas burgundy/green plaid linens from PB. I think it was the Kensington plaid which apparently is sold out now. Anyhow, I ordered extra dinner napkins to wrap around the bases of the smaller trees that I have on the buffet & in the foyer. Then I used those awesome Restoration Hardware battery operated tiny wire Christmas lights down the centers of the table & buffet. The kids loved it. My son helped me decorate our big Christmas tree this year - it was SOoooo sentimental for me

Michelle, I put pine & ornaments & sparkley candle holders everywhere this year.

Thats a good idea for me - clean out  a lot of my makeup!

when I was at a dillards that has a Chanel counter about an hour away, they told me :) Awesome right! Hope you can get it too.

The powder is very pretty! I have Rose Petale and I don't think I will purchase Evasion. I also will not likely wear the pink eyeshadow, but maybe I can wear it as a blush. Interesting that there is a new concealer. I'll look out for it.

Thanks! Looks like the duo is SE! I will pass the RAV although I like the colours, because the formula doesn't work on me. I like Fracas np too! I love the surface prints of the highlighter, but it must be very expensive!

The highlighter really is gorgeous! Thank you Naynaydine for the link, I love when pics of swatches come out:-) But it will probably cost an arm and a leg (sigh). I am really attracted to the blush also. Looks like it might be the perfect coral for me

And the polishes, of course. Always the polishes. Fracas looks the most interesting, but if the others apply well they will probably be very wearable. (But it bothers me that they are doing shades that almost EVERY woman who uses polishes already have in their collection. I want something unique from Chanel. Or something classic executed perfectly.)

Thanks once again, Detective Naynadine! The highlighter does look gorgeous, but I'm going to try to convince myself that I haven't seen it. It'll probably be horrifyingly expensive. Since I already have SE, I'll be focused mainly on the lips for this collection. Those shades look stunning!

Fracas nail polish looks more interesting to me now. It's a lighter pink than what we saw before and not fuchsia. I'm still on board for the highlighter depending on the price. I'm thinking it will be similar in cost to the highlighter from the Bombay collection. That highlighter is still on my wishlist.

I got Rouge Allure in Flamboyante, the new mascara, and Illusion d'Ombre in Illusoire!

Congrats on your Chanel purchase. Great choices. Flamboyante is a beautiful color.

I don't think the powder willl be that expensive. Simply because the special powders/blushes/bronzers in the regular spring, summer and fall collections aren't usually as expensive as the ones from the more exclusive collections. We never get those collections, so I'm not sure. But IIRC those are always really pricey.

I'm hoping it will be less than 60 Euro. And I hope I can use a 10% coupon and that I will have giftcards to pay for it. That's my game plan.

That'd be great if it's cheaper. It improves my chances of getting it. That's a great strategy.
