Wow, someone doesn't like to called on a this mistakes.

 

I sent another massage today to the ebay sealer and they came back with an essay, in short said:

that they there where intentionally ignoring my first message

that this is how Mattel ship their dolls (no they don't!)

that she has never had this happened before and I must think I'm "special" (Really... I soo feel special getting damaged goods....)

that if I want to close their account to go ahead and do it and rage all I like. 

 

See also said she sent this message because she wanted to let ebay know how sh**y their service was to sellers.... 

 

This person doesn't know how to deal with people. I contacted her to see if whe is will to admitted she made an error in how she shipped this and make amends before reporting anything to eBay. Stuff happens in transit and I've given a number of seller this opportunity to correct things first and I've had items I've sold go MIA in the mail but I honer the buyer on this always.

 

I've sent an massage offering to take photo's as proof so let's see what she will do know. >_<

 

I admitted I was clipped in my first message (should have used more words..) as well as I was trying to say what exactly happened to the shipment.

 

If I was the b***h she's claim I am I would have not contacted her in the first place and gone straight to ebay about this.

 

/End Drama 

 

 

 

Order the girls from TRU online to replace those damaged ones along with Ghoulia on her Scooter set. ;P

Yeah,around a week or so ago, I saw someones post on IG saying it would be on. I would have said something, but I didn't want to be wrong...

Anywho, the times (atleast from what I have seen on TV Guide) are 7:00pm and 10:00pm! Can't wait!

Well, I just remembered that today February 26, 2013 the 2nd issue of the Monster High magazine was suppost to be out. Hopefully it starts to make appearences in the next few days at barnes and noble and more places. It says in my magazine I qoute "with creeperiffic posters, killer giveaways, and the ghoulest news from the halls of Monster High. Much like the 1st issue, I am really excited to see the new magazine hopefully we see reviews and pictures of the 2nd issue.

I'm at an impass with the eBay seller, they're still claiming it not their fault for packing these doll improperly and that they never had a problem like this before with other order. (and that they have 4.5 out of 5 on shipping which mean nothing to me as a come back.)

Also they said that they can't file claim with USPS for damaged good because bebause the $36 shipping didn't include insurance. This was not USPS fault as the box came undamaged and intact, EVERYTHING get rattled around in the mail that's why they ask people to pad stuff.

 

I would file a complaint with ebay but I get a feeling they would make my life a living hell for doing it so at they have all my contact info. Because they are crazy/unprofessional and I'm sick of the stupid. It just not worth fitting over $37 dolls. >_<

 

So Girls. Please avoid this sell 0dds and 3nds on ebay if your buying a loose set from them because they still insist that shipping their doll loose in box is A OK shipping practices.

 

I promise this is the last you will hear about this from me, as I'm not one to rant but it experiences like this you have to get off your chest some why. (I can't be just me that think this is not ok. It takes 2 seconds to wrap stuff in tissue/bubble wrap.)

I feel sorry for you having to deal with that, that seller really should have packaged them better! And how much would you want for the two because, that's like just what I need for my customs?

Can I assume you paid with PayPal? File a dispute with them if you did. They prove more helpful in getting money back.
