Starting a Nars blush collection

Hi, so I live in Brazil, where there isnt a Nars counter nearby and where Nars blushes cost something like $60 dollars online.
This month I am going do London and I intend to buy a couple of Nars blushes and I would love some recommendations.
I have light to medium skin (NC25 or FFF), I already have Deep Throat and not really looking for pink blushes.
So far I was thinking of getting Douceur and Luster, but I would love to hear some opinions on that. Gina and Exhibit A also look promising, which ones do you think are more work-friendly (in my case hospital-friendly)?
Thanks!

Thank you, Monsy! I checked those posts :D

Only created a new one because the pink ones receive a lot of love, but it wasnt really what I was looking for.

I will check out Madly :))

I don't have all/alot of NARS blushes, but the neutral ones I have I'd recommend are:

- Madly

- Lovejoy

- Sin (it isn't pink, but neutral enough IMO)

Good luck!

Amour and Torrid are both really nice, but also work-appropriate shades (they have more colour to them than Deep Throat).

If you don't want a pink blush, I'd recommend Gina, Madly, and Liberté.

Maybe Sex Appeal which is really soft, easily wearable and buildable ? Or Oasis too.

I respectfully disagree about Sex Appeal. ;) In my opinion, it's a great blush shade, but only for people with very light to light skintones (think NW/C05 to NW/C20). It's so soft and pale that it would not show up on skintones darker than NW/C20. It's barely noticeable on karlasugar's arms and she's light. Look at how it looks like on Christine from Temptalia: it's like she's not wearing anything, it's the same color as her skin.

Thank you, girls, so much!

Madly seems to be quite a popular neutral colour, might as well check it out!

Christine from Temptalia is about an NC25 and it seems to work on her:

Might give you an idea of how it would appear.

No problem lol, yes it's a pale shade but you can build it up very easily. A rosy brown shade well,  Douceur of course but it's very soft too !

;) Christine from Temptalia is not shy with blush at all, yet it's virtually invisible on her. :P I agree about Douceur; it's aptly named. :)

sex appeal is very light and does not surprise me it's not visible on christine

i think it's for someone nc/nw 20 and lighter

Thank you! I havent gone to a NARS counter yet, I think I will the day after tomorrow

Sin is making its way into my list!

Madly seems very appealing too, I will look it up. I never give it much attention because I kinda felt it looked too much like Laguna, which I am planning on getting because I dont own any bronzer yet.

Madly is awesome and my most used. It doesn't look at all like Laguna though, at least not on me. Laguna is very much a bronzer but not orange. Madly is a natural rosy brown, it's gorgeous on light medium skintone :)

A little update: I've got Douceur, Luster and Laguna on my trip to London. I am freaking in love with Douceur, prettiest natural colour I've ever tried, and I liked Luster a lot, it looks even prettier with Laguna.

I will try to take some decent pictures, maybe help someone so undecided as me lol.

I am in Dublin right now and I have a nars counter near and I did some swatches, I've tried Sin but it looked so cool on my warm undertone (very very warm, think MAC warmtoned) and the MUA recommended Torrid for me. Anyone has an opinion in Torrid or Taos? (kinda on the fence between then).

Oh and I found Dolce Vita so pretty as well. Make up is making me very anxious lol, kinda need to stock some blushes cause I am not going back here so soon.

Hopefully looking at these color in day light will guide you in your decision
NARS Torrid (top blush)
NARS Taos (bottom blush)

I bought my first Nars blushes last year. A few weeks ago I bought the Yachiyo brush (after recommendation of BuickMckane) along with the new light reflecting loose powder. After experiencing how good the Yachiyo brush works, I decided to get 7 more blushes.

Last year I got:

Angelika

Deep throat

Douceur

Luster

Madly

Nico heart.gif

Oasis

Orgasm heart.gif

Torrid

Yesterday I got:

Exhibit A heart.gif

Desire

Zen (I hoped it would be a neutral beige, but when I swatched it on my hand yesterday it definately had some peachyness to it. I wonder how it will look once applied to my cheeks).

And now I am waiting for another parcel (which should arrive in a few hours) with:

Amour

Mata Hari

Taj Mahal

Cactus Flower

Today I am wearing Exhibit A for the first time along with MAC Lady Danger lipstick and shroom eyeshadow on the lid and plain mascara. Gooooorgeous!!! It is so much more flattering on me than MAC's Frankly Scarlet or Salsarose. I applied it subtly with the Yachiyo and wiped my cheeks 2 - 3 times with mac's 167SH brush (just to be absolutely sure). Man, I love this blush. It really looks flattering...

Now I am really looking forward to trying Taj Mahal.

ETA: during last year's splurge I also bought Laguna, Carthage heart.gif, Schiap, Fire Down Below and Scarlett Empress.
