No, I don't work for NARS. But that would be a really nice job in the right spot in the company.

I just really really love & enjoy color & makeup. I'm really into flawless looking skin, so for me this was such an amazing product.

Elegant, when you told the whole world about this product, I knew I had to buy it. I seriously can't wait for my package to get here! My bday is on Friday and I'm getting together with a few close friends for dinner. I can't wait to wear it that night! I'm NC50, but I've read reviews from WOC that said it looked good on them, so I'm not worried. Plus, I have the MUFE HD powder and though I'm in the minority, I really like it! No white cast here

Ewww! I gotta say, my Sephora is much better, thankfully. They're good about changing funky displays. I have seen young girls take all kinds of products and apply them directly from the tubes, pots, etc. What I meant by tainted is my own swatching. The powder wasn't the first thing I swatched b/c my blind self couldn't find it! I swatched the God Created Woman eyeshadow palette first. You know, there's some shimmery shades in there. I did swatch the powder several times, even on the inside of my wrist and it still looked white and shimmery, but then the concern is did I use my shimmery body lotion this morning? I can't even remember! I am so lost. So next time, no shimmery body lotion and the powder will be the first thing I swatch!

PS: I ended up getting the Urban Decay Glinda palette, but I am not really happy b/c I wanted to exchange it for a MUFE powder foundation. I couldn't though, b/c their registers were down and they couldn't process returns. I clearly picked the wrong day to go.

Thats too funny about  your did I or did I not have my own glimmer going on That GCW palettes got lots of shimmy shimmy in it. Didn't like the Glinda? I got the other one.

This powder is on my list to try, but I recently purchased 3 Ben Nye Powders + the Guerlain Meteorites. I feel like I need to get through some of these products. Hopefully I'll be able to resist it until someone has a sale. That is if elegant-one quits talking it up...

omg that reminds i saw a girl putting on mascara straight from the display i was like omggg seriously? gross. lol

i dont think they really know the risks. like i want to look at the surveillance one day and see how many people tried on that same mascara. lol

back on the topic though my nars powder isnt looking as pretty anymore since ive been using it. waaaa i want it to look all white and pretty again

I couldn't decide whether I got them cuz of some fine shimmer in them.

But my MUA said shimmer's almost invisible on the face and he said "Trust me.". lol

(He's always honest to me, so I can trust him whenever I need to buy sth at the counter.)

So I finally got them! Anyway, I really love the texture which is silky and really light!

Just checked my order from Sephora and it's coming today! Yay!

Mine gets here today. I ordered the pressed version, but considering Sephora's shipping issues, who knows which one I'll get. I didn't wear my Forever Marilyn BP today for the first time since October, and I can tell a major difference without it. I hope that this NARS powder has the same photoshop effect as the MAC powder!

That FM BP (never want to be without it) is the only other powder (except for Elude) that I LOVE as much as this Nars Powder. I need to try the BP first, & then the NARS one over it. Curious to see how that looks.

I went ahead and broke open the pressed yesterday.  The email does say they are replacing it at no cost to me and all you gals said you got yours gratis so I am going to ignore the return it request of phone person.  After all how many zillionty times has the CS person been behind specktra on what is going on?  

Anyway I only used it on one side under my eyes and side of nose, cheeks and the difference in wrinkles was remarkable.... much more shallow and less noticeable.  There is a faint shimmer to it as well... I think I saw a speck or two of microglitter but then I was kinda packing it on.  With the sponge applicator.

Ooh I may try that tomorrow! I hope I like this NARS powder just as much, as after I finish up my backup of the Marilyn powder, I'll be all out.
