Prolongwear Paint Pots....sounds interesting. I guess with all the other cosmetic companies, especially drugstore lines like Maybelline and Loreal having success with their cream eyeshadows, it's only right that MAC step up their paint pots. Can't wait to hear more :)

omg yesss i am so excited!!! i really really hope they come out with a color close to my skintone so that i can even out my lids for shadow.

Quite natural is way to dark, groundwork is a funny looking color on my lids and im not too fond of it. and of course painterly and soft ochre are way too light

so please please mac!! bring out a color close my skin or slightly lighter

The Mac Gods are really listening. I have been asking for new colorful paintpots for a while now. Just put them on a wishlist and almost bought some overpriced ones from ebay. I am super happy for these

Ooooh! I hope these are beautiful love.gif Part of me wonders why they're even bothering to mess with the paint pot original formula though.... And I hope these come packaged exactly the same as regular paint pots!

If you're wearing shadows aver them, stick with painterly. I use painterly on every single skin tone there is. You're covering it with shadow, so it being a lighter tone is irrelevant.

Sadly, i just see them reformulating the current colours, and if they make coloured ones, they'll probably be LE.

There is a good chance that these are made permanent. A lot of prolongwear stuff has been made perm, so it wouldn't suprise me. I also hope for some nice bright colours. A teal, blue (ligher than Pure Creation), a kelly green...th_e2cloud9.gif

I've got a huge stock of Nubile in my BU closet. If it doesn't come back now, I'll be still fine.

PLW Nubile better be in this collection!!!!

Imagine a few PP's in the shades of some of their past brighter colored Paints (Infamous, Blue Boy, Flammable).

So I presume that this collection launches with AG. I defintely want new PPs but for financial reasons I do hope they are perm so I can get as much as I can over time..........a few weeks to a month at least
post #24 of 423

I can't WAIT for this soooo excited!!

Hmmm. I'd probably get Nubile if it were released with this collection. I'd written off Bare Study (my lone Paint Pot) as a makeup mistake but I rediscovered it a month or so ago. I really like it now as an eyeshadow base. I'm guessing Nubile would work just as well, if not better.

This will be hot.  Paint pots are not a long wearing product for me, Miss Oily Lids.  They tend to be a 2ns or 3rd layer.  So this sounds great because

anything MAC has released with Prolongwear in the name has done great for me so far!    I can see major haullage in my future on this one!

I hope these have better staying power than regular PP on me. After a couple of hours my oily lids are creasy mess with regular PP. I have really neen enjoying the Maybelline Tattos bc those babies don't budge!

if these have the same staying power as paints, then we're talking...otherwise i'll probably skip because i have a fair number of paint pots, and i still have to use another base under them anyway...

OMG WHAT?!?!?!

I LOVE Paint Pots, so I'd be very interested in the PLW version!  I do hope these will be made permanent so I won't have to cut my AG list down.
