I didn't get anything from the first Marilyn collection either. I'm not a big fan of hers, so the packaging didn't excite me and the colours were dupeable as others have said. If there are some interesting products in this collection I'll get them, but not because it's MM.
 

Oh my-lanta... I wonder why they've already decided to repeat this collection. It seems to be too soon. Oh well. Since I found my HG red in this collection I'll be paying attention.

*unpacks my bags, sets up wifi name, makes some drinks, gets comfortable*

Yeah I've been buying from MAC since 98 and the MM collection didn't interest me at all. I've also had zilch regrets which is doubly unusual for me.

The MUA at my counter who is the assistant manager told me she's hearing March but that is so soon.

I agree, I have been a buying from MAC since 96 and I wasn't hyped up for MM and didn't purchase one item...so, maybe this go round something will appeal to me!!

Well I guess I can hold off from getting a BU of RR from the AG collection.

OMG!!!!!  I loved loved loved the first Marilyn Monroe collection, so I can't wait for this! Please bring lots of new colours! I don't care if there are 3, 4 or even 5 new reds I will buy them all (and very likely BU's)  I hope that they will do some eyeshadows that really can help create Marilyn's look, cause that was missing in the first collection. I think I'm fine with my 4 FM BU's, but just for all you guys that need more or missed out they should bring it back. That is one amazing powder  I also hope they will bring out a red darker than Deeply Adored and new red lipliners and also a darker one.

Oh yes! TPC! I didn't get it last time since I'm not that into blushes (I know, crazy, but I'm more of a lipstick/lipgloss gal) but I would love to get my paws on it now!

Since this may be in March, I'm wondering if this will be all or mostly repromotes since it was so hard to get anything last time. New ES would be good.

Now, this I would buy. Something darker, richer and even a blackened red would hype my interest in buying more red lippies.

 

Most excited about the return of this collection but well what does it mean in fact ? Simply repromotes or other products ?...  Thanks for posting !

Ugh, this collex was crazy... I got my goodies without issue... but I forsee the craziness.   I'll check back in later...  I'm still on April.

Skipped the first one, probably will skip this one...I've yet to see a red lipstick that is unique enough for me to go thru all that trouble.

I can't find my Love Goddess anywhere, so yeah, wouldn't mind being able to grab another - although none of the reds in this collection are as near and dear to me as my holy triumvirate of Runaway Red, Scarlet Ibis and Absolute Power.

 

It'd be nice to see really perfect versions of the eye shadows in matte finish. I've got enough Forever Marilyn to last me for a long long time. 

 

Does this post sound way too thrilled? No? Hehe, I'm not so sure about repeat collections like these, even if it makes getting some beloved products again - it's just nothing was tremendously beloved here I didn't make sure to BU already. AND THERE'S ALWAYS THAT NEW THING AROUND THE CORNER,whatever it is….

Count me in as a skip - I'm so picky about my reds that it's obnoxious. That it wasn't WOC friendly is why I skipped.

Oh snap!!! Maybe I'll be in town to get this one this time around. Oh man. I got some of what I wanted but oh man.... this is gonna hurt my pocketbook.... AGAIN. ahaha!!  March would be insanely soon to have it, right? Either way... let the stalking begin. haha 

First of all, a return of Marilyn?    I got everything I initially wanted from this collection, but I will admit that the rave reviews of FM BP made me question if I should've picked one up.  If it gets repromoted, I might give in and get one to try. 

 

 

^  This!  DA is now my all-time favorite red lipstick, but I would LOVE to see something a little darker.  A red lippie somewhere between DA and Sin would be fab!!

I'm not really into deifying Marilyn and thought the e/s were not how I imagined, but I am more then happy to give the new collection a try. Nice to see someone who has been collecting as long as I have! Do you remember the Snake Eyes collection? I still have one of those awesome Sins of Lipglass postcards from when they were first released

I'd also love to see that! Something similar to Rocker but a little redder and without the glitter! 

 

And not as drying!  I love the color of Rocker, but it dries my lips almost to the point where they look shriveled.  Maybe that's because of the glitter?  Something with the description you gave would be just lovely!
