Would you buy this product again? i'm on my second pot

i LOVE this eyeshadow. i prefer it to black tied because even though this is a cool shade, if you layer it over a warm highlighter color like ricepaper you can get a really nice effect without drowning out the lighter color like black tied tends to do (at least for me). when you apply it with a brush you get more of a soft grey-black color with a minimal amount of purple in it, but if you use a good base and sponge applicator to really pack it on you can see the glitter very well. works good for glamour looks as well as smudged/smoked "rock and roll" looks, it's one of my staples and i don't think i'll ever be without this color.

General Comments on this product:
I guess like many others, this too was my first MAC e/s purchase. This is my only dark shade so I pretty much use it on my outer corners for all my colors (purple, brown, blue, orange, yellow, pink) because the ending effect gives it a sorta muddy-brown/black. Despite the "muddy" look, I still love it... I read using a purple shade stick really brings out it's color.

I really like this color. I know a lot of others don't, but I always put it in the outer V when I wear plums!

This is a great color! It's great for darkening up a look and adding just a little sparkle.

I really like that this isnt just your average plain jane dark eyeshadow but it doesnt transfer as well onto the eyelid as well as it looks in the pan
