Would you buy this product again? sad to say but NO

This color doesn't look right on my pigmented lips. It's too light but I think I'll look prettier on lighter lips. I ordered this online and didn't test it out before buying it. I'm trying to work with it though with my darker lipliners so it won't go to waste.

This is a very close match to my lips. When i put it on, i hardly even see the colorline! I hardly use it, and that is why i wont buy again. I have worn this with just my petting pink lip conditioner, but its too much of a hassle to draw a line on. If im gonna go natural i will just wear the lip conditioner. Its a lips colored pink.

This is one of my favorite liners. It's my perfect nude l/l - not too pale for slightly pigmented lips.

i NEVER used lip pencils until i got subculture. it matches my lips really well, so i can wear it alone, to line or to fill in...it's very versatile because it just works well with my colouring. it goes on so smooth, easy and even. i ADORE this stuff!

Would you buy this product again? Oh yes!

Subculture is my favorite lipliner for neutrals. It comes up a nice pinkish beige and accents all of my nude lipcolors very prettily. It is a perfect mate for Viva Glam V as well.

Unfortunately this colour just does not look right on my lips...a weird brown colour.

Buy again? probably

This is a great beigey-pink nude lipliner. I have really pigmented mauvey-pink lips and a lot of nude lipsticks either look chalky/pasty or doesn't show up. With subculture, I can line my lips, and tone down the pink in my lips at the same time so that all my beigey-pink nudes show up wonderfully and more naturally. Also, since it's a really subtle nude color, I can sometimes even change the shape of my lips slightly (i.e. if I want a slightly poutier look, I will liner just outside the border of my natural lipliner, then add gloss for a wonderful Angelina Jolie pout).

Buy again? Definitely

This is the color I wanted Spice l/l to be nude-wise for me... it is the perfect beige-pink nude (without veering too brown, or too pink) liner on my pretty pigmented pinky lips (I am pretty fair too, NW20). I love it for all my more neutral pink lip looks and like someone else said, it is so subtle; therefore when your lipstick wears off, it's still hanging in there but no obvious lip liner look. It is such a pretty color on it's own, I can use it as a "fill" with a light gloss and it creates just a pretty, polished look.

I never used lipliners religiously until I found Subculture.. Love it!!!

General comments:
What Tiramisu said. Subculture is my HG lipliner, and one of my keep-in-stock products. It makes my medium-pigmented rosy-plum-coloured lips look neutral without making them disappear or look strange The colour is so nice that some days I don't even bother with lipstick and just slick a lipglass overtop and go. Great colour, and I wish I'd tried it before I bought Spice!

I LOVE SUBCULTURE! This matches my lips perfectly. I have tried others such as Spice or Stripdown, even Beurre, but nothing works as good as Subculture. I wish there was more to the product, I tend to go through these pencils quickly. Will always repurchase, I hope they never get rid of this one

I absolutely love subculture. My everyday gloss is viva glam V and it looks gorgeous with it. It is close to my natural lip color and it is so versatile. I wear it almost everyday!

Will I Buy Again? hmmm maybe

I think this is a good liner to have in your makeup kit. However, to me, it is only good for more fair skintones. It doesn't show up on highly pigmented lips. If you are looking for a great nude, lipliner, but one that actually shows up- try Gingerroot, Oak, or Honey B.

It's a little too brown for me, but still really nice.
