I loved the look of this colour when the beloved veluxe pearls came out, but I've really given up on it. Texture-wise I have not a single complaint, but colour-wise, it's just not for me. It has too much of a silvery shine to it that I don't really know how to counteract. It would probably look better on cool skintones. I'm giving mine away, seeing as I'm stumped as to what I could wear underneath this colour to lessen the silvery shimmer. Unlike the more neutral v/p I feel that this is best worn alone, but that could be due to my lack of cosmetic skill! It just shows up as this awful silvery green - I don't have a clue where the Blue Absinthe comparisons are coming from, because I don't see it...perhaps just not on my skin.

I love this color a turquoise with gold shimmer. Goes on smooth as it's a Veluxe Pearl.

Normally, I don't like turquoise shades, but this one is really really pretty and it's texture is fantastic. It goes well with other blues and greens, but with neutrals it's fantastic! Good for a little pop of color.

This is not a straight green color, but has a hint of aqua in it. I love to wear it with my sunsplosion and orange tangent combo! Since it is a veluxe pearl the texture is just fabulous! Great staying power and so vivid!

I personally am not impressed with this eye shadow. It isn't very pigmented and there are already tons of teals from MAC. Mainly I am disappointed because it looks so nice in the pan, but doesn't look very colorful on.

I love this eyeshadow so much. Especially with it being a veluxe pearl, its perfect. It's teal that makes brown eyes POP. It's a dream to apply, it blends well, doesn't crease. If you want it sheer, apply a little bit, and if you want it true to color then layer over a base.

This color is VERY similar to aquadisiac , only more sheer & im not to fond of the sheer e/s. I prefer aquadisiac by far.

This e/s is a total bummer. Looks gorgeous in the pan, but barely any color payoff. It applys well, i'll give it that. Better to buy another teal turqoise.

General Comments on this product: This color looks more green when applied than in the pan... It's still more blue than waternymph is though.

This is my favorite shade right now. It goes suprisingly well with Honesty. It also looks really good dropped onto the lower lash line.

I have this as well as steamy and they're very similar. I'm not sure if it's because I have basically two of the same shades but I never use it. I've had it for two or three years and have maybe used it 5 times. It doesn't go on opaque enough for me even with fix+. But thats just me.

This was my first ever MAC eyeshadow Goes on nice and smooth and I think it pairs up really well with a golden shade such as Casino and the Teal pigment.

For me, this was just really hard to get anything onto the brush. I had UD's Flipside before I bought Shimmermoss, and I'd have to say that Flipside's definitely a very close shade and SO much more pigmented than Shimmermoss.

I love this one! It's one of my favorite eyeshadows. If you love green eyeshadows you must get this! (one of the most unique green eyeshadow colours ) It's such a pretty color, great texture and easy to blend.
