I can’t believe nobody wrote a review about it!
It’s the most amazing golden shade IMHO!
It goes very well with blue eyes and looks amazing in combination with Bagatelle from the D’Bohemia Color Story!
It’s a Frost texture!

I adore this colour, it goes with everything and is really pretty. I do get a lot of fall out from it though. Other than that a staple item for me

My favorite eyeshadow from MAC. Its beautifully frosty/shimmeryish. This eyeshadow can easily be paired with other shades. My favorite eye combination is goldmine and femme noir. I believe any and all skin complections can wear this. Excuse my spelling.

Pretty orangy gold, very pigmented and goes on smooth. However it reminds me a lot of Shu ME 370, so I won't be repurchasing, but still a great eyeshadow! =)

i like goldmine. not nearly as much as gorgeous gold though. although they are two very different colors. defenitly a highly pigmented shadow as baby yousei said. i love gently patting it on top of trax and a black shadow made into a smokey eye

I bought this on a reccomendation of an MA to wear with Rule, and I thought that was all I would use it for, but I was wrong. I love this shadow! I wear it with greens and browns and it really compliments my skin tone. Unlike most yellow-ish colors, it didnt look like chalk on me.

Decided to buy this color after I saw it in a wedding photo of MAC's..so gorgeous, I bought the other colors in the picture just to make it work. I'm glad I bought golmine. It is a true birght yellow gold, that works well on my skin an goes on smoothly. Blends really well with other golds, browns, and corals

Great colour. On me it does go on as yellowish but is very goldish shimmery. Beautiful colour

i reach for this eyeshadow very often. it is a very versatile gold that i imagine would flatter almost everyone. i use it with neutral looks, greens, pinks, whatever! if it was between goldmine and gorgeous gold, i would definitely choose this one

i was searching for a true gold and tried gorgeous gold first. someone then suggested goldmine to me, and THIS is a true yellow gold. i have blue eyes and it looks fabulous. i use it with bagatelle a lot and love to pair it with blues and greens.

I've never actually bought this. My friend brought over her pallet and I tried it on her. To me, it's not a gold color, it's more like a mustard color. I was really interested in this color, and I'm glad I never bought it.

I'm really trying to figure out how to use this. I recently bought it and I like the color, it's a true gold IMO, but somehow I think the tone is just wrong for me. So I don't think I'll re-purchase, and I've been debating whether to return the one I bought .

Absolutely amazing on my blue eyes, may look scary in the pan to some but is not scary on the eyes - although it is not totally subtle either.

Will I Buy Again? Absolutely, I just hit pan on it.

So this is probably one of the best gold eyeshadows I have ever used. I love the texture-it's a frost that applies like a dream and has great colour payoff. It is mustard-y but that is what I like, it isn't bronzey or brassy or anything. It's a great shadow to use if you want a bit of colour or you want a pretty look, I first saw it on a Cosmo cover where the coverperson wore it. Definitely a colour that I can see myself using for a very long time.
