I bought this specifically to make makeup (!) a no-brainer to apply. Yes, it's easy to apply but it will migrate just about everywhere and end up anywhere other than where you first applied it. So disappointing. Such a shame as I love the shimmery deep blue colour it is, though when my eyes are tired, it is awful - seems to highlight a yellowish cast in the whites of my eyes, which is somewhat scary. It reminds me of Freshwater e/s tending towards navy. I had such high hopes...the panda eye thing really threw me off.
