so i have a chance to get clone e/s but i'm not sure is it worth it?

how much would you pay for it?

I just finished reading the reviews on MUA about this shadow, and Son_Risa has a pic of it in one of her Galleries. In the reviews they said it was very similar to Deep Truth, except it's a Satin finish instead of a frost, and that you could get the same look by layering DT over Graphito Paint.
I don't think that I'd be willing to fork out too much $$ for this one (personally), maybe $20 at most. Then again, I think I would rather own Deep Truth.
If your collecting though? Go for it!

clone it just depends on the market...right now it's not worth a lot. maybe 30. if you're a serious collector, then maybe more.
