I like this foundation....but it's kinda over priced IMO and I really do not see much of a difference between this and Revlon Colorstay, and Colorstay is about 15$ cheaper.  I also don't like the color shade selection.  NC20 is too dark.  NC15 is too light.  I don't want to have to buy two foundations to get the right color.

Would you buy this product again? I already do, continually.

This is my regular foundation and I adore it to death! The finish is matte and gorgeous. It's smooth, it blends well, there are so many fantastic things about this foundation. It's also really light and I find that I can barely feel it on my face even at the end of the day. The ONLY complaint I have, which is why I quoted the person above me, is that I agree with the shades. I'm currently an NC20 and I feel as if it's still too dark on my face in contrast to my neck. I was even told once to try NC25, let's just say that was a mistake. But the NC15 is far too light to me, so I'm at a loss as to what to do. I use a lighter powder hoping that will balance it out a bit =/ Oh and yes, I think their foundations should already come with pumps. I hate that I have to pay an additional $6 just for one because I HATE with a passion, having to pour it onto my flat surface when I stipple. Speaking of which, it's a fantastic foundation to use for stippling. It blends so wonderful :) (I know I already said that but really... it's true).

I picked this up on my first visit to a MAC counter and was extremely disappointed. It looked wonderful when first applied providing good coverage, a matte finish and blended well resulting in my skin looking beautiful, but unfortunately in the end this didn't work for me. After about 2 or 3 hours of wear I realized it had a yellow tinge to it, oxidized and started to appear patchy. I have dry skin and tried with and without a primer as well as using different applications and multiple techniques but could not stop it from oxidizing or patching on me. I also found that the color in the bottle darkened within a two month period looking nothing like the pale NW15 shade I got. I've never had a problem with any other foundation so I was guttered. I do love the packaging though. Glass bottles and containers are lovely. B having to buy a pump separately kind of bugged me, but at least I can use the pump with other foundations. I will not repurchase and will stick with my Revlon Colorstay.

This is one foundation I had stuck with throughout the years.  It lasts me a pretty long time since a dab of product covers up my face.  Because it is a matte finish, I have not used a powder to set my makeup in years.  However, over application can look cakey.  A few sprays of Fix+ always fixes up this issue.

I had a really funny experience with this, I think I was dealing with the girl at the counter but she was sampling this makeup on me and I suppose she was going for lighter coverage than I wanted, but I don't think she knew what she was doing. Anyway, I knew I wanted going into the store, then she put it on me and I thought it was okay. I bought it and put it on at home and I love it!

My routine has been cut down since I got this, all I need now is: primer, this, setting powder and setting spray. It literally cut the need for concealer right out.

I'd give it a 4.5/5
