Estee Lauder Warehouse SALE - Markham, Ontario! - Page 32

I went to the sale this morning, and to be honest it was pretty disappointing. The prices are getting so high that my pro discount is better than most of them. However, the charity bags were good so that made it worthwhile. 

I bought....

Velvetta lipliner

#20 Lashes x 3

...Yup that was it. 

I bought 3 charity bags (I would have bought 4 had I realized that they weren't all exactly the same but oh well)

I spent a whopping $43; I'm happy with what I bought but I was really hoping for Cleanse Off Oil, of which there was none to be found. 

Overall, it's the same stuff you see at every sale with the added bonus of rude, pushy people who  are happy to body-check you if it means they'll get the last eyeliner. 

I went this afternoon and spent 45$ plus $20 in charity bags. I purchased 7 items from the $4 bins: 2 brow sets in boy girl, 1 mini strobe cream, 1 mini studio moisture cream, 1 mini green gel cleanser and 1 prep and prime lash serum. I also picked up 2 lip products (2 for 15) 1 lipglass in strange potion and lavender whip lipstick. The sale was fine in my opinion, I liked what I received in my charity bags

I got bags 1 and 4 and my mom got 2 and 3 and she gave me hers :)

I was there today and left around 4:30pm. I got 4 charity packs, all of which were slightly different. My friend decided to buy only 2 charity packs and hers were different than mine since mine had been pre-assembled into a pack of 4. What we got were:

#1 - 2 x Double Feature #4 and 1 x Deep Sea nail lacquer

#2 - 2 x Double Feature #6 and 1 x Deep Sea nail lacquer

#3 - 2 x Double Feature #8 and 1 x Deep Sea nail lacquer

#4 - 2 x Double Feature #4 and 1 x Endless Night nail lacquer

Friend's:

#1 - 1 x Clarity mineralized eye shadow, 1 x Check This Out glamglass, 1 x Lush Amber lustre lipstick

Our free gift was Nocturnelle nail lacquer

I love reading everyone's updates! The charity bags sounded great this year!

wow those charity packs are good compared to some in the recent past. I'm glad the person responsible was able to do it. So nothing new, eh? oh well, maybe next time? i hope...

It seems that more and more ladies are noticing the same things each year. I would like to know if you choose not to go this year perhaps you might consider offering your tickets to one of the upcoming dates. I have not attended one of the sales yet as they are the hardest tickets to get. If you have tickets you will not be using, please consider me. I would like to take my Mother In Law as she is in love with Este and Clinique products. Thank you for you consideration and I would like to wish you and yours a wonderful Christmas.

May or may not go- it's right before the end of my semester so I have a lot of stuff going on around that time /:

Thanks for the heads up!  Isn't that late, I thought it was usually at the beginning of March?  I haven't been in like a year or two, I'd love to go this time. I'll have to get started hunting for a ticket soon :)

I wonder if we can have a rule on Specktra that these types of "I want a ticket" posts are not allowed.  They usually come from people with one post, and they really clog up the boards.  Can we maybe institute a "no begging" rule, that way all of these can be removed by mods?  Does anyone agree?

I currently have three Estee Lauder tickets. Two from Fri, March 23 and one for Sunday, March 25.

I'm interested in trading all three for Saturday, March 24 tickets. Msg me if interested to trade.

I totally agree.  We know there are tons of people who want tickets. I'd rather come to the thread to find out more info, not to read another plea for a ticket.  How does anyone choose anyway?  When I had a ticket, I posted in the thread and it was first come first served.

Mods, any way we can install this?

YES! I totally agree!!! I was wondering if anyone remember what collections were available from the December one and which collecitons have come out since then? I'm wondering if wonder woman and the holiday 2011 stuff would be available. Also, I haven't really seen any liners there...

But anyway, this is what my experience was from December's. They added in MAC's Big Bounce eyeshadows for $10 (I think?) each, any idea if they might have some more? I think this product's been discontinued for the last year or so...

And if their 2011 holiday sets would be included? The pigment sets I think were like $20 each, but this year's holiday sets include less, so would they price it accordingly...?

The next MAC/Estee Lauder warehouse sale is March 23-March 25th.  If you want to purchase tickets you should check out Kijiji and Craigslist.

$20 charity "bags" this time were just 2 mineralize face + body lotion and 2 crushed pigment snowglobes (both are crushed berry).
Kind of lame imo, was definitely better in previous years.

Which eyeshadow quads did they have? I might be going tomorrow.

For the MAC quads, I can only remember Notoriety for sure. There were at least a few others. For eyeshadow palettes, they had Tartan Tale (I'm not sure, but I don't think I saw all of them, can only name 6 Twists of Tartan for sure) and all the Snowglobe eyeshadow palettes.

The charity bags today were Dazzlesphere smokey blues or pink lips. Same freebie: eyelashes.

I went to the sale yesterday and lined up at around 7:30  . I bought many things.  I was disappointed with the fact that they did not have the 2 for 1 sale.  Have they stopped doing this.  As well, by 1:00 p.m. they were sold out with quite a few items.  I did not think this would happen.  The charity bag , I did not like too much I got the smokey blue and some cream. I purchased two .

Did anyone else go today or yesterday and what are your thoughts?
