I've worked in most stores/counters in the region so I can probably tell you about the managers if you need me to...

Hey, there. I'm not the original poster, but do you know any of the folks down here in Richmond? I've got my resume in at Macy's at Regency because I've heard such great things about Ericka and her team.

I've also spoken to Crystal at the freestanding store, and really liked her, too.

I don't know anyone out at Short Pump, though.

Used to be a mac artist at the Macy's counter in White Marsh if that counts.

Can't help ya there toots. I only work in northern VA. Richmond's not in my FL/OC region. sorry!!!
