I think the container is actually more Glamour Daze than the actual Mac Glamour Daze packaging. :)

Gosh that pic is gorgeous. I have no idea which color of Meteorites I should start with. I'm not sure I'd need all that Spring pink, but they're so pretty to look at and I like the container.

It's neat that the powder puff is included. I'll think I'll pass on the MAC Making Pretty powder for this one. I have a feeling I'm also going to end up repurchasing the Dragon ballz. This time online. I'm having a change of heart and they're still on my mind since I returned them.

I've got Teint Dore 03 in my Sephora cart ready to pounce with my coupon!

i wish sephora got dragon balls so i can buy them during ff and also i noticed sephora is no longer carrying terracotta light sheer bronzing powders. WHAAAT? i wanted sun blondes

I went to the Bay today and asked about the holiday collection -- they already had it, but didn't receive any testers so there was no visual indication that they had the collection!!

So I got the "Dragon Ballz" (last one in that store) and the eyeshadow quad.

Would have picked up the two lipsticks, the meteorites compact and the Liu compact if it was at Shoppers.

I'm thinking of buying the compact in 02 Teint Beige. Have you use the compact before? I swatched it at the store and the powder felt beautiful on the skin, but it's always nice to hear opinions from those who have actually used the product :)

I use the Teint Beige compact all the time and I love it! ♥

Ta muchly! I first read about it on Temptalia and Christine seemed to be head over heels in love with it. What really drew me to it is that it's meant to be mattifying and illuminating at the same time. Being the proud owner of your typical combination skin I need something to keep the shine at bay. But having recently hit the big 3-0 I find that the really matte stuff are no longer my friend.

I'll definitely grab the Meteorites compact as soon as there are some sales going on (a little bird told me that ICIParisXL might have a discount on makeup soon).

What about the compact vs. perles? Would you recommend one over the other?

They are very different. The compact is a mattifying powder, the perles are definitely more illuminating, more of a finishing touch. I keep the compact in my bag, it's very travel friendly, which the perles are not.

Well maybe I should go with a compact if it mattifies and illuminates. Gosh I don't know what do do. I just know I want a discount on it. LOL. I won't be carrying it with me as I'm not a person who touches up much so that doesn't make a difference. Too bad I couldn't try them out. I'm always shopping blind for things.

I haven't seen it out at any locations around here, although I haven't been to Holt's in a couple of weeks...

Completely sucks that Shoppers won't get the collection, because I've always loved the fact that Guerlain collections were so widely available. Maybe the seasonal collections will still be at Murale locations, but there are so few that I can't imagine it would be worth it for them. Between Guerlain and Chanel at Murale, I usually run up my points with one and use them for the other each season. girlhaha.gif

Those look like they'd be really lovely and fresh on my complexion. BRING ON THE BIG BALLS!!!

^^^Sorry I'm confused here. Are you guys talking about the holiday "Wulong" compact or one of the reg ones?

I am confused too, well... The compact version is 120 € here, I am not a huge fan of Guerlain makeup  ( their nail polishes look " low cost " ) but the Météorites and the Liu collection looks pretty. The compact is really pretty but so expensive ! They told me it was possible to refill it, ok for the price I hope so.

We're talking about the pressed powder compact not the voyage powders. These: http://pleasureflush.blogspot.co.uk/2011/01/guerlian-meteorites-illuminating-and.html

Yes, I have the Meteorites Illuminating and Mattifying Pressed Powder in 02 Teint Beige.  It has very  sheer coverage, and it mattifies but in a gentle way (not moisture sucking mattifying like a lot of powders).  I keep it in my purse and use it for touch-ups on my t-zone.

I haven’t tried any of the Voyage compact powders yet.  I was hoping to get Wulong with my banked Shoppers points, but it’s not going to happen.

It's funny- the bright shade really does look much more coral on her than it does on me. On me it shows as a bright, warm rosy pink.

spring balls are beautiful and someone said they are for body but i do not think so because it does say face powder

iagree.gif...same here!

It looks more pink on me too!

Got to swatch this collection yesterday. Now I want:

Calligraphy palette

Turandot shadow palette

Lou-Ling l/s

I'm trying to ignore the meteorites. The quality of the products is incredible.

Oh, I almost forgot for my Canadian ladies: Murale does have the collection, so there is the opportunity to use your Optimum points, if you live near a Murale. For some reason, they don't seem to offer Guerlain on their web site.

GORGEOUS tats!!!

Can not wait to get mine!

I have a question for you Guerlian conneisuers, I am very interested in buying meteorites and I'm stuck between the Dragon balls or Teint Dore! I read that the Dragon meteorites are for people leaning more toward neutral or cool, I'm NC25ish with warm and yellow undertones. What would you guys suggest for a first timer?

Also, should I wait for the spring collection balls?

I'm NC20 and I have Dragon Meteorites currently. I use them but I agree they lean slighly cool, but it's just cool sheen really, nothing dramatic :)  I want to get Teint Beige I've heard they are warmer :) Well, I'm definitey getting them next time I get paid, 100%
