FLowering was such a disappointment. The color payoff was horrible. However, I don't recall any VP's in that quad, only lustres, so this may turn out to be what Flowering should have been.

Well that's disheartening for me. I would prefer a cross between paints and fluidlines instead. My experience with CCBs has been lackluster to say the least.

ITA.. I don't understand the purpose of yet another creamy eye product with LESS staying power than paint :/ I just hope that the author of the original sentiment was right and lah_knee is wrong.

oh my god. paint pots sound amazing and the new brush sets...thank god they are putting the 224 back in the sets, it's an amazing brush and everyone should have it. but 5 eyeshadows in the pallet? what the hell?

I thought there would be 5 lip palettes (according to what the MA said on the Paint Pots discussion)

Tan Lips, Pearlizer sets, and Lipglasses are the only things that interest me from this collection :|

i was wondering about this as well.... can any who has seen the palettes tell us whether this is correct?

if there are only 5 eyeshadows, is the amount of each shadow increased so that the palette is still the same size as the previous 6 eyes palettes? or are they the same width making it a smaller palette?

nordstroms was not the first store to have mac, maybe in the usa. but the first department store was the hudsonbaycompany on bloor street in toronto, were mac started.

The Nordstrom's quad that is described at the top of the original post will be out on May 3rd.

The Novel Twist (Nordstrom's/Bay Anniversary) collection will be out sometime in July.

OH MAN! I'm stoked!!! I want the quad, the 2 e/s palettes, ALL of the paint pots, the plum lips palette, both blushes, and both beauty powders. Yikes, this summer is going to be BROKE SUMMER!!!

Questions...is Softdew a re-release of the Icon one? And are the pearlizers the same ones released before? Because their color descriptions sound kind of different than the originals...

I was thinking the same thing. I don't mind too much, as I can apply the cash to items I don't usually buy, like blush and the pearlizers. And the pro brush set... eeep! I have so few brushes, it'll be a great way to expand my collection. I only have the 182 and 217, the others I've putting off. Though the 224 & 242 are catching my eye...

On the color story for this collection, it says the pearlizers come with a mini SE 182 - but that it is duo fibre, can that be right? The regular 182 isn't a skunk...
